A nice little place to stay
Pros: The accommodation is easily accessible by car, but parking spaces here, as almost everywhere on the island, are located on the side of the road. The house is well equipped, the owner is friendly, and the contact person is also helpful. I liked that he provided his own recommendations and a small map of the area when handing over the keys.

Pros: Being in a home from home. The apartment was lovely and just what we needed for 2 and equipped will all appliances. The owners Jesus and Rosaria are lovely and Garry who helps them as they don't speak English was friendly and helpful also. Calheta is a great part of the island and the apartment was very close to the harbour, beach and many restaurants.
Cons: Having to leave and travel back to the UK.

A great apartment! Very worth the cost!
Pros: Upon our arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a jar of dried bananas and some bananas in the fruit basket. This was a very pleasant surprise mainly because we arrived very late at night and weren't able to purchase anything for the breakfast. Other than that the whole apartment was great. The variety of appliances they had was a astonishing too. There was a blender, sandwich maker, capsule coffee machine, well working air conditioner, a hair dryer and other. Moreover there were small and big lunch boxes which came in handy for packing some sandwiches before going hiking. Also the leaflets to activities and busses were useful as well.
Cons: We informed the host that we will arrive very late, but we hadn't receive any instructions how to get the keys. We had a bit of panic as the host didn't reply to the message when we arrived at the apartment. After a bit of searching we fond keys inserted inside of the door and thankfully it was the door to the apartment. Also the sealing lights could be a bit brighter. Doesn't have scissors. Could have had left a note with the wifi password.

Toller Balkon, viel Platz, schöne Aussicht. Leider etwas laut durch den Verkehr.
Pros: Wir haben die Wohnung oberhalb erhalten, ein Upgrade! Toller Balkon mit Sicht auf Bananenplantagen und Meer. Viel Platz, grosse Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Sogar Waschmaschine.
Cons: Die Wohnung liegt gleich neben einer Strasse im Hang. Die Autos müssen also viel Gas geben, um hoch zu kommen. Daher war leider oft laut.

Cons: Il faudrait que les vitres de la porte soient plus opaques afin d'éviter les phares des autos

Pros: The view is very nice and it is pretty well equipped. The location is good if you have a car and you get out each day. We stayed for two weeks and the hosts were kind enough to come and clean the apartment after the first week
Cons: A deep clean would make the apartment amazing. It was still clean enough for a comfortable stay.

Tolles Apartment!
Pros: - Sehr ruhige, aber schöne Lage mit Blick aufs Meer - In 5 Minuten mit dem Auto am Meer - Tolle Lage für Ausflüge über die ganze Insel - Sehr sauber - Sehr gut ausgestattet Küche - Sehr nette Gastgeber, die immer gut zu erreichen waren und allen Fragen und Wünschen nach kamen
Cons: Für dieses Apartment würde ich einen Mietwagen empfehlen, ansonsten ist die Lage vielleicht etwas schwierig.

Pros: Accueil très chaleureux de Garry. Gentillesse de la personne qui fait le ménage et nous a offert des gâteaux et du vin. Emplacement parfait pour les randonnées. Appartement extrêmement propre et bien fourni en ustensiles. Bref je recommande

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft auch wieder buchen.
Pros: Toller Ausblick aufs Meer, netter Balkon. Toll ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Sogar Gewürze, Salz und Waschmittel waren da. Sehr ruhig, bis auf den Nachbarshund der ständig gebellt hat in der Nacht.
Cons: Parkplatz nicht vorhanden. Geparkt wird vor der Unterkunft direkt an der Straße.
