Loved every minute here - highly recommend.
Pros: Amazing apartment in every way - incredible views, luxuriously furnished, spotlessly clean, spacious, extremely well equipped and great location. To top it all, such welcoming and friendly hosts.
Cons: Absolutely nothing at all to dislike.

Pros: What an apartment - even better than the pictures. We usually stay in a 5* hotel but having the freedom and space we found it so much more relaxing and it was very quiet within the apartment block as well. The views from the large balcony were incredible - such beautiful sunsets as well. The rooftop infinity pool is lovely - hardly anyone uses it so it felt like our private pool most of the time. Helena, the host, was so responsive and helpful. It really was a special holiday.
Cons: The street below is a bit noisy but only during the day and we enjoyed people watching from the balcony! The pool is not very warm, but again, this did not spoil our enjoyment of it.

Really relaxing and nice. Overall, we would come back and would recommend this apartment.
Pros: It really had a stunning view and an amazing pool on the rooftop.
Cons: The clock tower rings at 7 am in the morning, if you are a light sleeper that might disturb you.

We really recommend it .It is super place
Pros: Location and the view for the bay is amazing, the owner is very nice lady, gave us very usefull information regarding the trails and resturants, the appartmant is very nice , clean, new and well -equipped. There are 2 extra cool restuarant opposite of the appartment and the supermarket is 200 m far.The be on the balcony is extra super :-)
Cons: It would be nice a vacum cleaner (there was broom)

Perfektes Zuhause als Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden!
Pros: Super Aussicht, Zentrale Lage , perfekte Ausstattung . Der sehr große Balkon der von allen Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnzimmer zu begehen war. Der Blick auf den kleinen Fischerort und Hafen! Das problemlose Parken. Gute Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Herzlichkeit von Martim + Helena
Cons: Der Verkehrslärm ist schon hörbar aber das wussten wir und waren darauf eingestellt!

Top appartement!
Pros: Fantastisch luxe appartement met een groot balkon en mooi uitzicht over de baai. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, dit maakt het verblijf heel aangenaam. We hebben niks gemist en er was zelfs een startpakket met koffie, thee, vaatwastabletten enzovoorts. Een ander pluspunt is dat er een privéparkeerplaats in de garage is. De ligging is heel goed t.o.v. restaurants en winkels. Het contact met de eigenaresse verliep heel goed en ze reageerde heel snel. Als we nogmaals op Madeira komen zullen we hier zeker terugkomen.

Excel•lent estada, molt còmoda, en mig d'un poble pintoresc i uns habitants actius i amables
Pros: En general tot, especialment el paisatge que es veu des del balcó. Situació amb tots els serveis a l'abast i a prop De la platja. Bona connexió amb tota la illa per carretera. Vila da Carne i Vila da Peixe, a un pas! Tot i que es infartant conduir per la illa, val la pena pujar per carretera des del mar fins a les cotes envoltades de boira mes altes del volcà,
Cons: L'espai dels contenidors de les escombraries del pis -1 necessita ventilació, fa molta pudor, que afecta a l'àrea de l'aparcament més proper. Disposar d'una sola clau quan hi ha més d'una persoa no és gaire còmode i porta a confusions. Potser es podria substituir la clau per un sistema de targetes, com fan la majoria d'hotels.

Super Appartment, sehr zu empfehlen
Pros: Es war ein wundervolles Appartment, sehr modern, großzügig, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Pool auf dem Dach und die wunderbare Aussicht vom Balkon einfach traumhaft. Schön zentral gelegen. Tiefgarage im Haus.
Cons: Aufgrund der Bauweise vor Ort leider sehr hellhörig. Der Straßenlärm war für unser Urlaubsfeeling zu sehr laut, z.B. wenn man auf dem Balkon gesessen hat und mit offenem Fenster in der Nacht ging es nicht.
