Nice house, convenient location, good value/price ratio

Pros: The house is really big with plenty of space and full of light. It has its atmosphere. The kitchen was quite well equipped. Dishwasher and washing machine were available. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Accommodation is pretty close (by car) to the NICE beach Praia do Garajau. About 15 minutes (by car) to the Funchal center and in convenient distance (some 10 km) from the airport. Communication with host via app without problems - fast replies.

Cons: There were two boxes for keys at the arrival. We succeeded to open one with keys to the house. The other one probably contained remote for gate, but we did not manage to open it. It was not a major problem - the parking close to house was always (with one exception) available. The house is nice, but it was my first vacation with few, but still, cockroaches. Not sure if this is the problem of the house or the city. Nights were sometimes quite loud - mainly dogs barking from the oposit balconies, but this is Madeira. A minor surprise was, that the garage of the house was turned into bedroom for members of the agency. It did not limit us, we did not know about them.

Pros: Реєстрація, проживання та виселення було безпроблемним. Кухня повністю обладнана технікою, посудом та приладами. Було зручно готувати. Поруч велика кімната для відпочинку та прийому їжі, диван, великий телевізор, балкон - все нове та сучасне. Три спальні на третьому поверсі, у одній - власний душ та туалет, для двох спален - одна велика кімната для душу та туалету. З двох спален із вікна - чудовий вид на океан.

Cons: У дворі є місце для автомобіля, але ворота у двір із електричним приводом не відкривались, але це не було великою проблемою, тому що поруч була безкоштовна стоянка.

I’d book the house again.

Pros: Beautiful, spacious home in a great location close to the airport and a great playground for kids. Having a washing machine really helped as the clothes get really dirty in Madeira if you hike or go to levadas. It had a parking place for the car. We locked ourselves out of the house once and the guest ready delivered the spare key later that day.

Cons: The neighbors dogs are pretty loud at night at times; it gets hot during the summer in the house, especially at night and using AC is probably not typical in Madeira. The shower drain was full of someone’s hair when we arrived and the bathroom flooded quickly.
