Lovely 3 weeks in the Madeira sunshine.
Pros: The apartment is lovely and in an excellent location for exploring Madeira. The underground carpark is a bonus.
Cons: It is unfortunate that the host doesn’t supply the basics such as dishwash and toilet cleaner which is normal for self catering.

Beautiful appartement and great experience
Pros: Easy communication with the owner, very helpful. I'm grateful for that. Lovely, modern and super clean appartement. Fully equipped! Nice balcony with nice views over the sea. Loved the sun rises.
Cons: Street was busy and noisy. Wifi didnt work in all rooms.

Great place and value for money
Pros: This is a great apartment! So easy to check in, great communication, everything worked well, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Close to shops and cafes and the bus that takes you into Funchal. Best place I've stayed in Madeira!

Wonderful 2 weeks of winter sunshine
Pros: The property was bright, clean and spacious. It was well equipped and secure. The parking garage below the apartment block and convenience store and other local shops were particularly useful. For non drivers there was a regular bus service nearby into Funchal. The apartment was on the 3rd floor accessible by stairs or 2 lifts.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Great apartment with good communication from property factors from the very start, which continued throughout. Property
Pros: All facilities were available, even a washing machine. Great view of the sea and balcony afforded views of sunrise and sunsets. The property is immaculate and obviously recently built. Easy access to Funchal by no. 155 bus just outside property - approx. 20 mins journey time, with good frequency.
Cons: Not a lot to do in Canico apart from eating and drinking and strolling along the shore but still makes for a good location and not that far from Funchal.

Quiet with a lovely sea view.
Pros: Amazing sea view. Easy to drive everywhere. Great places to eat around such as breakfast and diner. Garage is a bonus 😉 the apartment haves everything you need for a nice stay. Lots of light and easy to get fresh air just by opening the house windows. Quiet location.
Cons: Nothing. Even the weather and sea temperatures were just great in November 😀

Top accommodation in Caniço
Pros: Very nice apartment in modern building: sea view, large, clean, comfortable, luminous, quiet, well equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher), aircon (sometimes useful), car park in underground garage. Very helpful host. Ideally located in Caniço: bus stop to Funchal just in front of the apartment, two supermarkets and two bakeries within 100 m, many restaurants around, sea and dive shop a few hundred meters away
