Great location, very clean and roomy apartment with very helpful staff.

Pros: Great location and atmosphere. Astonishing view of the sea and mountains.

Pros: We were completely satisfied; the accommodation had everything we needed. The host was very kind and helped us resolve any issues immediately via WhatsApp.

Everything we needed and great communication from the hosts.

Pros: Spacious, well-equipped, lovely views over the sea, enjoyed the piano, popular bakery, cafes and restaurants right beside the entrance, lovely seaside walk and pebble beach a 2 minute walk from the entrance, big supermarket a 10 minute drive away.

Cons: You have to pay for parking bu putting coins in a parking meter (easy) or via an app (we didn't try this as we had plenty of coins). Not expensive (we spent about 10 euro in total) but you have to remember to do it! Our own house is very quiet so we noticed the noise of occasional passing scooters and motorbikes, but others might not notice this.

Pros: Beautiful, large and bright apartments. Incredible view of the ocean from the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, including an oven and a dishwasher. Nice location near Funchal, easy access by bus or car. Wifi works great.

Excellent location, comfortable stay

Pros: This is a lovely, bright apartment located in the tallest building between two lively streets filled with cafés and restaurants. The only challenge may be parking, as there are rarely free spaces on the street facing the entrance. I recommend parking on the upper street, Avelina Pinto, where there is a reasonably sized parking lot accessible via the stairs. The iParque app is also very helpful for parking in Madeira. The apartment is well equipped with everything a family might need. We visited during the winter, and although it was windy and cold outside, the mobile heater kept the apartment comfortably warm. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is cozy, and the boiler provides enough hot water for a family of three. The host is friendly and responsive. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this apartment.

Cons: One more heater during the winter time would be appreciated.

Pros: Сподобалось, що було достатньо простору для усіх людей, плюс чудовий балкон і гостина, де ми збиралися разом. Також на цьому балконі зустрічали світанки. Там відкривається чудовий вид на океан! Є пральна машина і вцілому усе, для комфортного проживання. Поруч є ресторан з приємними цінами, а також декілька невеликих магазинчиків.

Cons: Тільки в останній день ми дізнались, що треба підключитися к іншому вайфаю, щоб був інтернет в кімнатах. До цього часу ми були впевнені, що вайфай є тільки на кухні. Будь ласка, вкажіть цю інформацію на листочку, де написана назва основного вайфаю і пароль.

Vše úžasné.

Pros: Krásný prostorný apartmán se zařízenou kuchyní, 3 ložnice, 2 koupelny, terasa s výhledem na moře, vše čisté a perfektní. Majitel milý a vstřícný, se vším pomohl, nic nebylo problém. V blízkosti skvělé restaurace a půjčovny aut. Parkování v blízkém okolí, přes den za malý poplatek EUR 0,5/hod., v noci se neplatí.

Pros: La proximité de l’océan, le confort de l’appartement, les équipements, l’amabilité de l’hôte et sa réactivité.

Pros: Krásný prostorný plně zařízený byt v 5. patře, vše čisté, funkční, bezproblémové. Z prosklené terasy nádherný výhled na oceán. Vedle ubytování několik restaurací, dva obchody, cukrárna, pekárna. Parkování před domem. Příště bych se opět ubytoval zde.

Pros: Bardzo przestronny, dwa tarasy z czego jeden z widokiem na ocean, na dole restauracje, sklepy, blisko lotniska, pomocny personel który oprowadził, dobry kontakt z właścicielem, czysto i w dobrym standardzie urządzony apartament.
