Nice stay with friends

Pros: The apartment is located in the mountains with an amazing view. Parking is available. Everything is clean and well equipped. Great communication with the host.

Cons: The only thing that requires improvement is the Wi-Fi. Mobile data on our phones was faster than the Wi-Fi. It is definitely not stable or fast enough if you intend to work there.

Had a lovely stay

Pros: The location was perfect for access to the mountains and the nearby mountain trails. Stayed with my two brothers and sisters while we explored the nearby mountain trails. Easy to get to from Funchal by bus or unber similar price for both. Everything we needed was provided, towels, bed linen, cooking facilities washing machine and dishwasher.

Pros: 1.A wonderful place with a view of the mountains. 2.Perfect kitchen equipment – very high quality. 3.Very thoughtful that the third-floor apartment has parking right next to it. It felt like living in a small house.

Cons: The slats of the double bed were worn out.

Pros: Beautiful location. Beautiful view. Nice bed. It's a secluded town but it still has a bakery and few stores. 1Hour drive to most PR routes. Easy communication. Dolce Gusto Coffeemaker and watercooker where handy.

Cons: The floor of the bedroom with two beds was loose which resulted in a door that was difficult to open. damaged sofa and stove. High humitidy inside.

Pros: It’s a very nice place with many features that make the stay comfortable — the kitchen is really well equipped, with plenty of plates and appliances; honestly, I don’t even have that much at home. There’s also air conditioning in each room, a washing machine with a drying program, and a parking spot. However, the ground-floor apartment feels quite damp, and there are visible signs of moisture on the floors, doors, and walls. Also, if you plan to wash your clothes, keep in mind that they may take 2–3 days to dry. The Wi-Fi connection was quite unstable — I had online meetings, so I had to use my mobile data instead. Overall, it’s a pleasant place, but these details are worth knowing before your stay.

Modern with nice views of the valley

Pros: Everything is new. I believe May have been inaugurated by the council. Location is great for trails but if you’re planning seaside activities maybe not the best bet. We loved the little village it’s in, there is a restaurant that cooks traditional dishes from the valley with stunning views. You can see the mountains from the window. And really easy parking.

Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. We received an apartment on the first floor. As a welcome treat awaited us - bananas, cookies and wine. The kitchen is well equipped - induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. In the cabinets are pots, cutlery, plates, glasses and other kitchen utensils. In addition, a washing machine for laundry and an iron are available. In the rooms individually regulated air conditioning.

Cons: Our comments: 1) the apartment is quite damp - I don't know if this is related to the location, the apartment itself, or the date when we were in the apartment (early May). 2) the “upper parking” - theoretically there are 2 parking spaces, but the entrance is quite narrow and with one car parked in the space opposite the entrance gate, it is almost impossible to park a car in the second space. I had to have my side mirrors folded down to fit between the edge of the gate and the already parked car.

Pros: Incredible apartment, very comfy bed, excellent shower & bathroom. Kitchen very nice. Spacious living area. Washing machine. Perfect location.

Pros: The apartment is located in the mountains, in a quiet village. The design is minimalistic, what we very enjoyed. It feels premium and luxury. Isab elle is very helpful. We had a beautiful view from the window. Also a private parking is a big plus. The bed was very comfortable.
