Calheta calm and quiet

Pros: Very nice house placed with good distance to any traffic or city centre noise. 1000m to a levada and a lot of hiking trails in the mountain. Our contact fixed the small issues we had very fast and to our full satisfaction.

Pros: The villas location was on a quiet road and everywhere we went was within 1.5 hours drive away. A decent car is ESSENTIAL (not a panda!), the villa is situated on a steep hill. The pool and surrounding area was amazing, very private and relaxing. We used the patio dining table most days for breakfast as the view over Calheta was beautiful. The beds were very comfy, just want you need after a long day of exploring the island. We also loved the corridor that the bedrooms come out onto, they had windows all along the corridor so I opened the windows and hung my clothes to dry, perfect! You will read some bad points on the next section, however I would just like to add that overall this property is fantastic and I would definitely stay again. The people who manage the property kept in touch and was there when we needed them. We actually saw that there had been improvements before our stay after feedback from previous people. ****

Cons: The bathroom was in need of some TLC. The shower was powerful and worked great but was mould around the tiles and taps. The bath panel was just a piece of MDF painted white which didn't look great. The plastic sunbeds need replacing, every one of them had cracked. The wardrobe in the double bedrooms in my opinion needs taking out and replacing. There was signs there had been mould, the wardrobes had been cleaned however I didn't want to risk putting my clothes inside the wardrobe so lived out of my suitcase.

Pros: La piscine, l'extérieur, l'emplacement, machine à laver

Cons: L'odeur, l'entretien de l'extérieur ( pelouse non tondue). L'entretien des bâtiments, matelas pneumatiques pour la piscine percés

Pros: Bol tam poriadok, bolo tam pekne a terasa je super na raňajky aj na posedenie - je tam viacero slnečníkov čo je pozitívum. Bazén bol čistý.

Cons: Jedna z izieb na spanie nemá okno - do rána je tam dosť vydýchaný vzduch. Tak isto by bol super prístrešok/altánok kde by sa dalo sedieť aj v daždi alebo keď je sychravo.

Logement, emplacement, vue : tout parfait

Pros: L’emplacement est parfait, la terrasse, vue sur l’océan. Couchages confortables. Piscine pour les fins de journées de rando. Le logement est spacieux, au calme sans un bruit.

Cons: Manque équipement cuisine : bols, planche à découper Odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain Prévoir produits anti fourmis pour cuisine
