Good apartment

Pros: It's a good apartment with all the facilities you can ask for. Parking available inside the building.

Cons: The washrooms are too small and the water force is very minimal. You can't even take a bath properly cause of the pressure.

Pros: Great location, awesome view and amazing facilities!

Cons: Currently there is a major construction site right next to the building, however the penthouse is well isolated so noise pollution is at minimum.
