Pros: The apartment was really clean and the owner was really helpful. We mostly had everything we needed already in the apartment You feel secluded and safe. A shopping market is near.

Cons: The main street is near, so it can be relatively loud. The pool table was on an angle, so we couldn't use it, but the owner said that it will be fixed. The entrance via the road is really steep. If the car has enough power, it isn't a problem. We parked our car on the street, which was totally fine.
