Pros: Located close to the bars, restaurants and large supermarket. 8th floor with the balcony facing the ocean - you don't even need to go to the beach to catch a great sunset. Apartment is a compaсе studio, but there's enough space for 2 persons and basically we have everything we needed. Plus you get a free parking by the barrier, which is a really nice bonus. Bed was comfortable. Everything as on the photos. And the price was also good considering the location and options around

Cons: Before checking-in owner warned us that they experiencing in the building some issues with water preassure, but during our stay it wasn't reall serious. Just few time the water could stop running for literally few minutes. A bottle of local wine was left in the appartment by the host as a compliment for this small issue. I would also recommend to check the balcony door and probably to adjust, so it would fit tighter when closed. Because, on the first night of our stay there was some storm and wind was blowing inside throught the balcony door at floor level. I'm sure it can be fixed easily. Other than that there wasn't any problems or issues that could bother us.
