Excellent flat and location. Highly recommended.

Pros: Very clean, tidy and modern flat. Comfortable and well looked after with easy digital access and underground allocated parking space. Nice sea view from the balcony. Owner was very responsive with excellent communication. Perfect location with close proximity to restaurants, cafes and Funchal centre.

Pros: Lovely apartment, spacious, bright, clean and functional, well equipped kitchen, balcony with ocean view, WIFI Very good location near shopping mall Forum Madeira, restaurants, bus stop… Free parking in the underground garage The host was helpful and friendly Self check-in and a very good solution for entering the building and the apartment using the Entrance/door code, without a key or card

Pros: Quieter end of Sao Martinho which suited us. Excellent supermarket and shopping mall just over the road, and lots of restaurants in the area Private balcony. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Secure parking area was undercover so nice and cool

Pros: Gostamei de tudo! Excêlente localização, perto de paragem de autocarro, supermercado e shopping. Também há muitos restuarantes e cafes perto de edifício. O apartamento tem vista para o Mar espetacular!

Pros: Apartament przestronny i jak dla nas dobrze położony. W pobliżu jest wszystko, począwszy od przystanku autobusowego poprzez gastronomię a kończąc na duzym centrum handlowym. W pobliżu promemada i dostęp do plaży i basenów.

Cons: Niestety w okresie całego naszego pobytu trwały prace budowlane na elewacji budynku. Wszystkie okna pozaklejane były folią a dostępu na balkon wlaściwie nie było. Wybralismy ten obiekt glownie ze wzgledu na widok z balkonu, więc byliśmy bardzo rozczarowani. Właścicielka na tydzień przed naszym przyjazdem poinformowała nas o pracach malarskich, ale nie sądziliśmy, że caly budynek będzie oklejony i owiniety siatką. Na szukanie innego było już za późno ze wzgledu na ceny które byly już bardzo wysokie

Pros: świetna lokalizacja, w pobliżu bary, restauracje, supermarket, piękny widok z apartamentu na ocean, blisko do pięknej promenady wiodącej wzdłuż oceanu. Apartament bardzo komfortowy, czysty, duży, w pełni wyposażony, Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt z gospodarzem, wygodny i bezpieczny parking podziemny. Polecam z całego serca.

Pros: Het appartement was ruim en schoon. De locatie was echt super. Rondom leuke restaurantjes, 100 meter vanaf de zee en 100 meter van een groot overdekt winkelcentrum. Parkeren in de garage eronder was ook ideaal.
