Pros: Well furnished appartment with a lot of equipment. Excellent location 10 minutes from everything, great for driving out of the city. Garage is very useful and spacious. Bellow there is an excellent restaurant Cai D'Quiexo.

Great value, great location.

Pros: The property is in a great location to go into Funchal centre and also for getting out the of city, perfectly sized for two of us as a base for exploring Madeira! The underground car park was very handy and the hosts were quickly responsive to any queries during our stay.

Cons: The bathroom did occasionally smell a bit, although we understood this was an issue with the apartment block itself. The lift was also broken when we were there, so six flights of stairs from the car park was a bit of a challenge, especially after a long day of hiking!

A fully equipped apartment

Pros: The apartment is very well equipped, spacious, clean and quiet. The place is like 10 minutes walk from the city center and has an underground garage where you can safely park your car. The staff is friendly and helpful. The internet is strong.

Cons: The building does not have a great view, you see the other wing of the residential building from your balcony. Also don't forget to close the bathroom door, because of the smell..but as far as I know this is an overall problem in Madeira.

Pros: Közel volt a belvároshoz, tisztaság volt, jó volt a felszereltsége. (Többször főztünk, mostunk.) Az üzemeltető nagyon kedves volt, hozott nekünk bort, édességet és frissen szedett banánt is :)

Cons: Nem nagyon van már kilátás az épülő új házak miatt de az udvar nyugodt ahova néz az erkély. Jó volt reggelizni kint. Kárpótol a többi jó tulajdonsàga az apartmannak.

Pros: Le logement est très propre et très bien équipé ! Nous avons été très bien accueillies par le personnel. La place de parking est un plus !

Cons: Petit bémol pour nous sur la luminosité mais parce que nous aimons dormir dans le noir complet. il y a un peu de marche en pente avant d'arriver au port,

Ubicación de 10.

Pros: La ubicación, ha sido estupenda ya que estaba súper céntrico, y también la terracita. Mencionar también el trato del persona, muy atentos y agradables.

Cons: Que únicamente nos pusieron una toalla (para cada una) para las 6 noches y al ser verano y zona de mar, se ensucian muchísimo por lo que nos hubiera gustado que nos pusieran, por lo menos, 2 por persona para tantos días.
