Nice flat in a cute village

Pros: Lovely little apartment near the centre of Ponta Delgada. Super clean, comfortable, and modern! Excellent welcome instructions from the host that made our arrival easy (especially as we were two hours delayed). The balcony was great for evening drinks and snacks. The back garden is indeed shared, but we saw no one during our staff and it was a lovely spot for breakfast. Also loved the Nespresso machine for coffee! Nice touch. Laundry facilities were very welcome! Parking was super easy and on the flat (which is rare on Madeira!).

Cons: Kitchen was a bit sparse. Things like a colander for draining pasta and an actual chopping knife would have been useful. Also, a coffee table or two small side tables for the sofa would be nice. I hated having to put drinks on the floor whilst watching TV in the evenings. Internet could be a bit hit or miss - not a problem for us since it kept us off our phones - but if you are planning to do work then take that into consideration.

Excellent place for a couple

Pros: The location is excellent. Bus stops are nearby and other services are within walking distance. After a long walk it was wonderful to relax in the jacuzzi under a papaya tree. Air conditioning in the bedroom was essential. We also liked the quietness of the area. There is a road next to the building but it has little traffic.

Cons: The backyard table and jacuzzi is shared with another apartment, but it's not a big problem. It could still be clearer in the description.

Pros: - La localisation est idéale pour découvrir le nord de Madère — très pratique pour explorer la région. - Équipements de cuisine tout à fait corrects et pratiques pour un court séjour. - Logement très propre

Cons: Ce que j’ai un peu moins apprécié : \t•\tLa literie et le canapé manquaient de confort, ce qui a légèrement affecté notre repos. \t•\tUne odeur d’humidité se faisait sentir au niveau des tables de chevet de la chambre \t•\tLe check-out à 10h est un peu tôt, et il n’a pas été possible de rester jusqu’à 10h30, malgré un check-in que à partir de 16h — un peu plus de flexibilité aurait été appréciée.

Pros: Lokalita byla super....výborné místo na uskutečňování výletů na severu ostrova.

Ogólnie pobyt oceniam pozytywnie.

Pros: Widok na ocean i balkon, możliwość zrobienia prania, dużo miejsca, czysto

Cons: Zapach w mieszkaniu

Pros: Generalnie wszystko było wspaniale, główne atuty to lokalizacja. Fajnie że była suszarka elektryczna do suszenia ubrań bardzo przydatna rzecz.

Cons: Zdecydowanie ciśnienie ciepłej wody. Na piętrze też był trochę problem z internetem, a na dole nie było jak ogrzać pomiszczenia.

Un endroit spacieux pour séjourner à Madeira en toute tranquillité.

Pros: La vue sur l'océan et la tranquillité du coin. Deux toilettes dont un séparé de la salle de bain.

Cons: Un ressenti générale un peu humide.

Pros: Przepiękny widok na ocean z balkonu oraz z okna sypialni. Nie zapomnę go na pewno. Obiekt zlokalizowany przy jednej z głównych ulic w Ponta Delgada, więc idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania wyspy. Mimo tego, że jest to jedna z głównych ulic, to ruch jest znikomy. Generalnie cicha i spokojna okolica, a panie kogutów z rana - bezcenne. Jacuzzi idealne po dniu spędzonym na trekkingu. Ogólnodostępna pralka i suszarka bębnowa były również przydatne. Jeśli nie korzystało się z suszarki bębnowej, pranie można rozwiesić na sznurze wewnątrz pralni lub na sznurze na zewnątrz. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia - niczego nie brakowało.

Geräumige Unterkunft mit toller Lage

Pros: Tolle Lage und super Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon. Der Whirlpool war ein zusätzliches Highlight. Ebenfalls praktisch war die Waschmaschine.

Cons: Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein (nur eine alte Pfanne mit beschädigter Beschichtung), zu wenig Toilettenpapier für einen langen Aufenthalt und wir fanden die Betten/Kissen unbequem.

Wenn man Ausflüge ab der Nordküste machen will, ist diese Wohnung ein super Ausgangspunkt. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem

Pros: Super Aussicht! War relativ gross, sehr sauber und war gut erreichbar.

Cons: Wohnbereich eher dunkel und nur von Balkon und einem kleinen Fenster kam etwas Tageslicht. Ein Sonnenschirm für den Balkon wäre nicht schlecht
