Porto Santo Apartment

Excellent for some days

Pros: Relaxing area, no terrorists, lots of cats, dogs and a rooster in the neighborhood, which will wake you up with the dawn

Cons: The apartment is in a backyard, away from the main spots. you need a bicycle or vehicle to get to the closest beach or shop. We rented bicycles, which is an easy way around

Pros: The apartment is set back from the main road but 2 min to the bus stop if you want to go into town. Walking to the beach is about 20 minutes along the main road. You are really amongst the local people at this place. I didn't hear a single English voice in 10 days which is what I wanted. The apartment is clean compact and has everything you need. If you like walking this is the place. If not you'll need a car or scooter because the buses are not very often. The beach is fabulous the access is off the main road and you'll need to walk down unless you hire a car or bike. The beauty of this place is it's natural environment it's not commercialised at all there are no bars or restaurants within walking distance you can't hear anything at night except the occasional dog or chicken.

Cons: The view from the little balcony although sea facing was also looking onto neighbours back yards. Although quiet at times and a nice place for a coffee.

Pros: Emplacement parfais a mi chemin entre centre ville et plage calheta, le vélo nous a permis d'apprécier le paysage toujours aussi apaisant.

Pros: Velmi útulný apartmán v pěkné vesnické lokalitě.. Pláž v docházkové vzdálenosti. Maximálně vstřícný hostitel Fernando. Zdravíme a děkujeme! Rádi se vrátíme.

Pros: Gostámos de tudo, desde a acessibilidade do proprietario, á limpeza e conforto da casa. A localização apesar de afastada do centro, fica muito próxima da paragem do autocarro e a 7 minutos de bicicleta da praia mais próxima.

Pros: Nice apartment with everything you might need. What made our stay really exceptional was our host. Fernando was one of the sweetest, kindest, most welcoming and most helpful people i've ever met. He offered to pick us up from the ferry and drive us to the airport when we left. When we told him, that we were in town for a wedding he made sure to show us where the location was and how to get there. Thank you for everything Fernando! You made our stay amazing!

Pros: Appartamento come da fotografie, cura dei dettagli. Pulito. Ferdinando molto gentile e disponibile

Cons: Nella casa di fronte (a 15 metri) c'è un pollaio con due galli che la mattina presto si sentono
