Best apt

Pros: Very nice and fully equipped appartment with access to the sea (when low tide). There is a small terasse for the appartment we stayed in, and a bigger one from the hostel which we could also use. Celio, the owner, is very friendly and always helpful. Restaurant and surfspot within 15 min walking distance. We have stayed in quite some accommodations over the last years but this was, without a doubt, the best appt., we’ve ever had!9

What an exception place to explore Madeira from!

Pros: Absolutely perfect pad to enjoy Madeira from. Located centrally on the island, we explored all corners of Madeira with ease (by car). So wonderful waking up to the sound of the waves and gorgeous sunrise and sunsets. The place is very well stocked with everything you might need… even Tupperware to bring a packed lunch for your hike. Local restaurants and bars nearby also. Wonderful stay!

Great place to hear the ocean

Pros: Everything was great! The apartment is clean, beautiful and has everything you need. The small balcony on the ocean was perfect. You can walk down to the promenade in a few minutes.

Cons: N/a

Pros: The Waves is all about the location, with the waves literally crashing on to the wall in front at high tide, and the most compelling of seascapes. The apartment was huge and comfortable, with eclectic furniture and a well-equipped cooking area. Outside space is limited to a small terrace shared with other guests in the hostel below, so in the warmer summer months that wouldn't be ideal. In November, however, we just opened the picture windows to the view.

Pros: Het huis is heerlijk en overtreft de verwachtingen. En het uitzicht is fenomenaal. Een absolute aanrader, deze plek!

Einmaliger Ausblick! Hohe Wellen direkt vor dem Fenster.

Pros: So nah waren wir den Wellen noch nie! Einfach toll! (aber klar ist, dass man nachts die hohen Wellen der Nordküste hört! Im Winter kommen auch mal starke Winde dazu.) Die Wohnung ist super geräumig. Die offene Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Uns fehlte an nichts. Vielen Dank auch für den großen Willkommen-Korb mit Wein, Bier, Obst, Honigkuchen... Der Besitzer wohnt auch im Haus, ist sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar.

Cons: nur das Bett quietscht schon beim Hinsetzen (nach anderen Bewertungen also immer noch ;-) aber Kissen und Decken gibt es dafür mehr als genug.

Pros: The apartment is beautifully decorated. This is not your Ikea Airbnb but a tasteful selection of wonderful pieces. We felt right at home. Absolutely nothing was missing, from a well stocked high class kitchen to board games and extra blankets. The hosts are super responsive.

Pros: Все. Большие апартаменты.Удивительно все продуманно.Много зон. На полах коврики. Очень много кухонных принадлежностей. Много вариантов освещения. Удобная кровать. Вид из окон на океан.

Heerlijk genoten van de ruime accomodatie met prachtig zeezicht!

Pros: Zeer ruim, prachtig uitzicht! Goede faciliteiten! En een welkomstmand met wat lekkere producten, heel leuk!

Cons: Jammer dat je niet echt buiten kunt zitten. Er zit wel een hostel met terras bij, maar weet eigenlijk niet of je daar ook gebruik van kunt maken.

Pros: Fantastische Lage direkt am Ozean, laute Brandung inklusive, sehr gute Ausstattung und super netter Empfang.

Cons: Alles top, aber wer bei Meeresrauschen nicht schlafen kann, ist hier falsch.
