Wonderful house with stunning garden, communication could be more hospitable.
Pros: Absolutely wonderful garden with all amenities: pool, sun beds, dining set and even a warm shower outside! We adored the little roofed bbq place, it was a shaded and quiet place to sit and eat. The house is clean and it’s easily to keep it cool and ventilated thanks to the mosquito screens.
Cons: Communication with Miguel, the owner, was wonderful and very warm and polite. Communication with Michaela less so, it came across a bit rude and unwelcoming, and a bit strange to complain about the guests before us. In addition, the messages in the house about fees and penalties for not keeping things in good order felt unwarranted and not very welcoming. We’ve never encountered this in any of our holiday rentals before.

Great villa with great host. Perfect.
Pros: The villa is in a great location. Easy to access the rest of the island by car or Funchal by bus. It is close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The pool is warm even without the heating turned on.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Haus.
Pros: Komfortables Haus auf geschmackvoll gestaltetem Grundstück mit einem sehr schönen Pool in einer ruhigen Community. Trotzdem ist alles, was man braucht, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants). Zuvorkommende Vermieter.
Cons: Viele Unterkünfte in dieser Kategorie bieten mittlerweile bessere Matratzen.

Séjour du 14 au 21/04/2025
Pros: Emplacement proche des accès aux voies rapides et à moins de 15 minutes de l'aéroport, pratique quand le vol retour est avant le levé du jour. La bâche à bulles de la piscine est un vrai atout! Les températures lors de notre séjour ne dépassaient pas les 20°, malgré tout, en laissant la bâche en place nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chaque fin de journée. La maison propose tous les équipements de confort habituels, la literie est bonne, et Micaela et sa maman sont très gentilles, j'ai échangé avec Miguel avant et pendant le séjour sans le rencontrer, tout s'est aussi très bien passé. Lieu à recommander pour passer un bon séjour à Madère.
Cons: Une table à manger intérieure peut manquer, dîner à 4 ou 5 en rang sur l'îlot manque un peu de convivialité et la seule table basse pour des parties de jeux de société s'avère vite limitée. Pour un séjour sans fortes chaleurs qui obligent à vivre aussi à l'intérieur...

Belle maison avec piscine
Pros: Maison moderne et confortable, à proximité des commerces et des randonnées côté Est. La piscine n'est pas chauffée mais reste à température agréable en refermant la bâche quand on ne l'utilise pas. Les moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres permettent d'éviter qu'ils rentrent.
Cons: Les moustiques sont voraces à l'extérieur, une spirale à brûler aurait peut être permis de les éloigner.

Séjour au top !
Pros: Maison très propre et parfaitement bien équipée avec une jolie vue et dans un quartier calme. La piscine chauffée est un atout supplémentaire dont nous avons bien profité. Excellent accueil de Miguel qui est en plus de très bons conseils.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros: Die Unterkunft war spitze. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft bietet alle Möglichkeiten um einen wundervollen Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Pool ist natürlich ein Traum und wurde von uns so oft es ging genutzt. Selbst wenn nix geht, kannst du mindestens eine Woche ganz entspannt nur in der Ferienwohnung oder in den umliegenden Bars/Restaurants (5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß) aus deinem Alltag fliehen. Wir stehen bei Urlaub auf möglichst ein privates Erlebnis und haben uns in dieser Unterkunft keine Sekunde gestört gefühlt - Herzlichen Dank!
Cons: Man könnte um die 150€ in neues Küchenequipment investieren - die Pfanne sollte dringend erneuert werden.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Pros: Der Eigentümer ist super nett. Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage in diesem tollen Haus verbringen dürfen. Der Grillplatz im Garten ist sehr gemütlich. Frühstück am Pool, mit Meerblick... einmalig. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Gerne wieder 👍
