Beautiful stay and view!

Pros: Marvelous view on the harbour of Funchal! Wonderful Terra’s! Space in the house! Good connection by bus to the city center!

Cons: Often a bad smell in one of the bathrooms…

Overall, as I was very enjoyable, the location views were exceptional…the price matched the facilities. Would stay again

Pros: The best thing about the property were the views from everywhere basically. Spectacular.!!! Great location! ALOT of room everywhere! Huge rooms. Any issues were addressed immediately. It was quiet at night. Great food downstairs.

Cons: The mattresses were firm and old and the pillows were pretty old . The towels were old. However the rooms were large & it was lovely & quiet. Minor inconveniences like no plug for the kitchen sink & no base plate in the microwave. Washing machine needs attention - although the problem was addressed immediately which was great. It wouldn’t take much and this place would be amazing…..but a great price.

Pros: The view from the terrace was incredible. It had all the necessary suplies.

Pros: Extremely clean, spacious, a breathtaking view, very complete house appliances and kitchen ware

Cons: lights are too dim in the evening (hard to play card games e.g.) highway is always audible (although low, constant noise)

Loved it and can recommend if you do not intend to stay right in the city center

Pros: the house is really clean, big and comfy. The view of the city is amazing. We loved our stay

Cons: some facilities were a bit worn-out but nothing that would really complicate our life

Spacious and comfortable house in Funchal

Pros: A great place to stay in Funchal. The view of the city from the terrace is unbeatable. The owner is really friendly and helpful. A local bar downstairs with tasty food. We really recommend Casa Fatima!

Pros: The house has enough space for 8 people. There is no grass in the garden, but there are a lot of plants and nice view. The whole house seemed very clean, tidy, only when I walked barefoot, I could see that the floor was being swept, but not mopped. Although there are a lot of cars parked on the street due to the nearby garage, we always found a place to park 2 cars.

Cons: Even with the windows closed, you can still hear traffic from the street - the sound is reflected from the surrounding buildings and the windows do not have sound insulation. It can be seen that the house is only intended for rent - some appliances are not in ideal condition. The dishwasher had a broken programmer and practically never washed the dishes, we had to stop using one toilet completely because the water was leaking, the others were leaking occasionally. However, minor interventions by the repairman are enough and everything can be great again.

Pros: Location was superb! Spacious patio, clean rooms, the host was readily available to answer any questions. There's a restaurant right below the house which is great if you need a late dnack! Will definetly come back!

Pros: Amazing host, it was easy contact with Fatima. House is great. Amazing view, living room and big terrace. . Its not in city center, but its very close by car and also there is a bus. Next to house is coffee shop- pastelaria with very good coffee :) I strongly recommend this house!

Pros: Très belle vue sur Funchal. Supperbe terrasse pour déjeuner. Bien desservi par les bus le 38 à 100m qui vous emmène directement au centre de Funchal en moins de 15mn. La maison au décor un peut vieillot est spacieuse . Le bar en dessous qui sert de bon poncha.

Cons: Il est dommage qu'il n'y avait pas une base alimentaire (sel poivre huile liquide vaisselle) qui nous permettent de nous dépanner.
