Pros: The house was exactly as described, spacious, clean and with a very well equipped kitchen. The view on the sea and the small beach just in front is superb. There are also some nice restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket also very close by. We could park our 9-seater in front of the garage without any problems (the garage itself is too small).

Cons: One (out of a total of 4) bathrooms had a bad smell.

Pros: Fabulous location, town to the front and beach to the back. Villa was gorgeous, on different levels which worked with our young adult children and partner/friend. Kitchen very well equipped, Andre our host was very helpful and the master suite was amazing! It also smelt lovely when we arrived!

Cons: I can honestly say I can't think of anything (and I'm generally very picky!)

Glorious week in Luz!

Pros: Excellent location with many restaurants, just steps from the front door. The main beach is just a short walk and the beach right in front of the unit is lovely and very quiet. I left a full sized beach chair for future guests to use, and they had 2 smaller beach chairs in the garage, too. We were able to park our car right in front of the garage door, and that was very convenient. The host Andre was very responsive and excellent to work with. This ownership group has several properties, and they manage the property well.

Cons: We loved everything about the unit and plan to return in the future.

Lovely beach house with all amenities!

Pros: Lovely location, knowledgeable owner. Friendly owner who was very helpful & accessible. Beautiful rooms.

Cons: Did not realize how many levels there were. The stairs were a bit challenging for the older people.

Pros: Direkt am Strand, tolles Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern. Super Ausstattung.

Cons: Lärmbelästigung bis weit in die Nacht durch angrenzenden Pub. Davon sind drei der Schlafzimmer betroffen. André ist sehr bemüht zu helfen, Besserung gab es aber kaum.
