Beautiful views and nice house
Pros: The house is exactly like it is shown in the photos. Mind-blowing view. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. However, I missed some things such as: oven paper, some kitchen paper, scissors and two capsules for the coffee machine. When the arrival is late and you can’t make it to the supermarket, it’d be nice to at least have some coffee on your first morning. The location was great for us. It’s a quiet village but the pool in front of the house is amazing. Beaches in Madeira are not very common or the sea is pretty dangerous so it was perfect to have that possibility literally in front of us. São Vicente is only 10 minutes away and it has a supermarket and very nice restaurants. I personally didn’t mind the cemetery being so close and in the main bedroom you can’t hear the rooster.
Cons: I’d also would have prefer to have another system of getting the keys the first days. It was pretty stressful knowing that if the plane was late, we’d have to pay 50€. A box with a code would be better and that way no one would have to pay. The check-out was supposed to be till 12 max and I filled in a questionnaire from them where they knew we’d leave at 12. However, the cleaning ladies opened the door at 11 36 without checking before if the guests were still there. They were nice and they waited outside but still, you feel the pressure of knowing they’re waiting for you. The cleaning fee is way too expensive for Madeira. True, there were two ladies but I doubt they stayed longer that 2 hours cleaning.

Fantastischer Ausblick von Balkon und Schlafzimmer
Pros: Super Ausblick, ruhige Gegend, Parkplätze vorhanden, unproblematische Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und rasche Reaktion
Cons: Kochlöffel und ein zusätzliches Schneidebrett wären hilfreich. Aber es ist auch jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Traumhafter Aussicht
Pros: Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen und nicht zu touristischen Ponta Delgada. Vom Schlafzimmer, offenen Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht aufs Meer und die Sonnenaufgänge. Die zwei Balkone (nördlich und westlich) laden zum Verweilen ein und auf der unteren Terrasse könnte man gut entspannen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Wohnung wird über eine Reiseverwaltung betreut, die gute Informationen weitergeleitet haben und für alle Wünsche und Fragen Ansprechpartner waren. Eine schöne Ferienwohnung.
Cons: Leider gab es in der Küche wenig Tassen, Gläser und Schüsseln, (auf die Personen abgezählt), sodass wir die vorhandene Spülmaschine nicht genutzt haben und die Sachen oft spülen mussten.

Heerlijke locatie voor een weekje Madeira.
Pros: Fantastisch huis op een schitterende locatie weg van de toeristische drukte. En een heerlijk lokaal restaurantje, Kare's Café, op 5 minuten lopen.
Cons: Niets.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location!
Pros: The house was clean and comfortable with a spectacular view. The location was great for exploring the north side of the island, or only a 35 minute drive if you wanted to get back to the south side for a bit more sun.

Bessere Aussicht wie aus dieser Wohnung auf das Meer und die Küste noch nirgendwo sonst so erlebt
Pros: Beste Lage mit bestem Panoramablick auf die spektakuläre Steilküste in Ponta Delgada. Bessere Lage geht nicht
Cons: Schlüsselübergabe ging so, könnte aber besser sein
