Great small villa in very central location to explore Madeira
Pros: Great small property with 2 bedrooms above an open plan living room - kitchenette. Really clean and with all appliances / equipment you need including a washing machine. Location next to the famous Taberna da Poncha but whilst it is always busy in the early evenings in particular the noise isn't excessive. Parking is over the road and road is fairly busy as the main North - South road through centre of Madeira.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The owner is really nice lady,ready to help.The house was clean,very well prepared with all you need and there wS also a local wine left as present which was very nice .The location is good for travelling,it is on the msin road which is very busy during day,but night is ok.There is a big parking place on the opposite of the house,bar next to the house.Thx a lot for nice stay,we would recommend this place..

Heerlijke week gehad op een fijne locatie.
Pros: De zeer gunstige ligging op het eiland. Fijne slaapkamers en nette woonkamer/keuken. Van alle gemakken voorzien.

Wonderful accomodation
Pros: We stayed 8 nights at Villa Rústica – Casa da Lurdes and were very satisfied with our stay. The owner was extremely kind, helpful, and polite — it was a real pleasure to talk with her. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and easy to find. The location was excellent: perfectly situated to explore all parts of the island, nestled in a beautiful valley between two impressive mountains offering a stunning view.
Cons: The only minor drawback was its proximity to the main road and a nearby pub, which could sometimes be a bit noisy. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time there and warmly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madeira.

Allotjament ideal per una estada de varios dies a Madeira.
Pros: L'amfitriona va tenir molts detallets amb nosaltres, ens va regalar vi i galetes de Madeira. A la casa hi havia de tot lo bàsic: sal, oli, paper film, tovallons, paper de cuina, sabons al lavabo, etc
Cons: No hi havia colador a la cuina.

Liebe, Poncha und eine tolle Unterkunft in der Mitte der Insel
Pros: Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Anna. Super Ferienwohnung in super Lage in der Mitte der Insel und neben einer guten Ponchabar. Wir haben gefragt ob es möglich wäre es etwas romantisch zu gestalten, da das der erste Urlaub für uns als Paar war und Anna hat sich selbst übertroffen. Mit rosenblättern, Kerzen, Wein und süßen Naschereien. Vielen Dank! Es war alles da was man braucht.
Cons: Alles war toll. Das einzige was man verbessern könnte, wären die Bettbezüge. Der sollte die Decke besser fest unschließen als nur drunter gelegt zu werden.

Zdecydowanie polecam pobyt w tym obiekcie.
Pros: Domek był super, z idealnym położeniem. Obok domku znajdował się duży i bezpieczny parking oraz tawerna, w której można było spróbować pysznego ponczo. Sklep oddalony był o około 3 km, a po drodze dwie fajne knajpki z pysznym jedzeniem. Zdecydowanie polecam. Właścicielka jest bardzo miłą osobą, z którą można się dogadać. Rezerwacja była około godziny 15 a Pani nie robiła problemu i przyjęła nas wcześniej.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!!
Pros: Zeer complete woning. Contactloos verblijf maar de verhuurster bood via Whats Ap een paar keer hulp aan. Hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. Ligt centraal. Van hier uit hebben wij met onze huurauto het hele eiland gezien en mooie wandelingen gemaakt.
Cons: Ligt aan een drukke weg. Overdag waren wij niet aanwezig en in de nacht minder verkeer. Dus wij hebben er geen last van gehad.

I recommend this place, especially for the location and for the mountain views
Pros: Very good location for our “base”, in order to visit different parts of the island. The property is surrounded by mountains and the fresh air in the morning is amazing. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. Cree parking available all the time. The communication with the owner was very good.
Cons: There was an “old house” smell, but it was gone after keeping the door and windows open for a few minutes.
