Newly renovated 2 bedroom townhouse - close to Salema Beach

Restful Stay along the Coast

Pros: The place was less than 5 minutes from am an entrance to a spectacular beach. The place was comfortable and restful and the host was extremely helpful in replacing a few items that were missing or were being repaired. Interaction with the service team was cordial and responsive. The bathroom and shower worked well and ot allowed us a chance to greater enjoy the time spent. There is a good store providing groceries less than 8 minutes walk from the residence.

Cons: Our stay in Salema was so much better than the previous location that it is hard to pick anything. The front door has no front knob and you must keep the house keys with you in order to not let get locked out. The lighting in the main floor was found to be too bright. Perhaps a more moderate illumination would be less harsh and give a warmer atmosphere while dining or reading.

Spacious apartment walking distance to Salema Beach

Pros: It was just a few minutes walk to Salema beach and the apartment was spacious with comfortable beds.

Cons: It would have been nice if they had provided beach towels since you don’t really have room to pack those in your suitcase. They asked us to be sure to empty all the trash the day we left. It was just one more thing we had to do when we were trying to pack and get out the door. When you’re on vacation, you don’t want to have to remember things like that. It seems like they could have done that when they cleaned the apartment after we left. Also the wifi wasn’t working when we got there, we finally reset the modem and got it working. It would be helpful to include that in their list of instructions.

Pros: Sleuteloverdracht was via een kastje, dus personeel kan ik niet over oordelen, de locatie was super! Een kleine wandeling naar Salema beach. Het prachtige Portugal dat je wilt ervaren! Heerlijk en betaalbaar sushi restaurant, meerdere eettentjes, en een lokaal supermarktje de hoek. Wij hebben echt enorm genoten van deze plek!

Pros: We appreciated the size of the unit. We were able to spread out and each of the three of us was comfortable. Enjoyed the outdoor space.

Cons: The climb uphill was a challenge, but you couldn’t change that😉.
