A fantastic place to stay — we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it!

Pros: Wonderful house! There is absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is incredibly cozy and feels very much like home - everything is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. The terrace and BBQ area are a real highlight and bring so much joy. The house is perfectly clean, and check-in was smooth and on time. The host is amazing - always in touch and responding very quickly. The views are stunning! The airport is very close, but there is absolutely no noise from airplanes. On the contrary, it’s even nice to watch takeoffs and landings from the bedroom balcony.

Cons: A small note: there is no heating, and during winter, especially on cloudy days, the house can feel a bit cool and humid.

Pros: The value for a price ratio is amazing! Apartment is located right next to the airport, approximately 5 minutes by car. It also means you reach Funchal and almost every popular point easily and quickly. Supermarket is also 5 min driving. Garage is a huge advantage as you do not need to park your car outside. The main perk of this accommodation is the immense terrace with a beautiful view on the ocean and FNC runway. You can hear the aircrafts landing and taking off though it does not bother that much as windows in the house have good insulation. The communication with the host was flawless, same as check in and check out process. Inside the house was clean and well maintained. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is present - appliances, dishes, etc. We are highly satisfied with our stay here!

Pros: Large rooms with comfortable beds, gorgeous balconies and barbecue! We will definitely recommend to our friends!

A fantastic home on a fantastic island.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay, it exceeded our expectations. The house was very large and comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need, from a washing machine, toaster, hair styler to a swing on the terrace. The garage at the bottom was a very convenient option, at first it was scary to drive in at an angle, but after a few times I learned to drive in the first time. I really liked it, we will definitely come back. Thank you!

Cons: The towels were not very fresh, perhaps they should be washed better.

Pros: Friendly welcome, very big house, tasteful back patio, plenty of balconies, even a neighbourhood cat came to visit. Ideal for a large family, or any small group. Has everything needed and more. Big fridge too.

Great stay!

Pros: Very handy location near the airport. Everything you could need at the accommodation. Sunrises spectacular!! Outdoor spaces good.

Cons: Property on a very steep road. Furniture a bit dated. Quite a long way from shops for food though a bar serving food about a 3 minute walk

Pros: The location is close to the Madeira's airport, it has a beautiful view.

Pros: Clean, tidy apartment with 2 large bedrooms and several bathrooms. Bright rooms, great view from the balcony. The kitchen has all the necessary items and equipment. The owner and support staff were amazingly friendly and easy to communicate with. It's only 6-7 minutes drive from the airport, I really sincerely recommend staying here.

Comfortable stay in a very well-equipped and spacious apartment but the location was too sub-urban.

Pros: The accommodation itself was all very high quality, kitchen superbly equipped and bests super comfy. All extremely clean and every need catered for. We loved the patio space and balconies giving sun at all times of the day!

Cons: The location would probably be fine for many people (sub-urban and very close to the airport) but we would have preferred a more rural setting closer to the sea. Seeing the planes taking off and landing was pretty cool though! The property is on a VERY steep slope and getting into the private parking (with automatic gate and garage door) was not always easy because of parked cars along the road outside. We did get used to it but it wasn't stress-free!

Superb and comfortable place to rest in great location

Pros: We were welcomed by two kind ladies who gave us keys and showed the house. It was super clean and well prepared for our visit. ZiZis Place owns a garage, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a terrace with a space to grill and chill  Beds were very comfortable. There is a very nice ocean view terrace. Before arriving we were stressed a little bit about airplane noise, but it was quiet enough to rest and sleep. The house has everything. Everything. I even don’t mention washing machine and an iron, because you can find there even a blender, juice maker and additional TV in the kitchen. There’s even a papaya growing on the terrace. The street that house is on is very steep comparing it to european-city standards, but you’ll get used to it after parking a few times.

Cons: If you use a lot of electronic devices it may be a good idea to take an extension cord with you as there is limited amount of power outlets.
