Pros: The stay was perfect. We had everything we needed, and communication was quick. The kitchen is well equipped. The villa's location is quiet. Given the location, we recommend traveling by rental car.
Cons: Even though there were small wall heaters in the bedrooms, it was quite cold there. This won't be a problem in summer, but in colder months, such as February, it would be nice to have some additional heating.

Amazing place like entire island)
Pros: Super quiet and safe place. Amazing location with car availability to each costs North-South around 10-20min to drive accordingly. Close to North which is more nice. Adequate price. Would like to return back and we would do it definitely

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at this house! Everything was exactly as described — or even better. The place is cozy, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and all linens were fresh and clean. Although the house is located in the mountains, we were pleasantly surprised to have a stunning ocean view right from the windows — a truly unique combination that made our mornings extra special. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a quiet getaway. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, always available if we had any questions. We would gladly come back again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful and serene place to stay!
Cons: The only downside was that the grill was unavailable when we wanted to use it. It would have been great to enjoy a barbecue with such a beautiful view, but unfortunately, it wasn’t an option during our stay.

Pros: For me the location was perfect because it was very close to where I needed to be. The value for money was very good and the host was helpful and available.
Cons: Internet was not supposed to be available, but the host made it happen. I think haveing Wi-Fi, specially in a remote location is key. The fridge had a small issue, but the host was going to fix it (it still worked).

Mooie rustige locatie
Pros: Erg mooie locatie. Perfect indien je over een auto beschikt en graag in een rustige omgeving verblijft. Gratis wifi. Handdoeken waren voorzien. Tevens een hoop andere benodigdheden (shampoo, zeep, douchegel, ehbo-spullen). Host (Leonardo) heeft meermaals geïnformeerd of alles in orde was. We hebben het naar ons zin gehad.
Cons: Er werd geadverteerd met een wasmachine maar deze was helaas niet aanwezig. Het huis was daarnaast erg koud en vochtig. Kleding werd erg klam. De twee verwarmingselementen in de slaapkamers zijn voor mijn comfort level te weinig voor februari.

Lugar calmo e vizinhos simpáticos
Pros: Gostei muito da vizinhança - pessoas à volta muito amigáveis e simpáticas. Localização boa para quem quer fugir da confusão e calor do Funchal - é um sítio mais calmo e com temperaturas mais agradáveis. O Bar Zeca mesmo ao lado dá muito jeito. Além disso, muitos produtos disponíveis para utilizar na casa.
Cons: Apenas dois momentos - portas do chuveiro precisavam de arranjo e as almofadas eram um pouco rijas para dormir.

Pros: Lugar calmo com temperatura amena nos dias em que tivemos lá. Para quem gosta de natureza e ao fim do dia quer fugir do calor intenso, é o lugar ideal para passar a noite. A casa tem tudo o que necessitamos e não tivemos qualquer problema. Tem um estabelecimento comercial mesmo ao lado (Café do Zeca) e alguns restaurantes relativamente perto onde se come muito bem. O proprietário mostrou-se atencioso e preocupou-se se a nossa estadia estava a correr bem. Cumpriu com tudo o que previamente foi estipulado.
Cons: Nada a apontar.

Pros: Casa accogliente, pulita e funzionale. Posizione ottima per raggiungere comodamente tutte le parti dell’isola. Due camere con ampi letti molto comodi, riscaldamento, cuscini, lenzuola, appendini e cassettiere. In dotazione due asciugamani puliti per ospite. Bagno attrezzatissimo con bagnoschiuma, shampoo, balsamo, assorbenti, carta igienica e perfino crema corpo. Cucina con ogni tipo di utensile necessario. Ampio frigo, stoviglie e pentole. Comodo piano ad induzione. Detersivo per lavaggio piatti. In uno stanzino anche lavatrice e detersivi, da noi non utilizzati ma volendo c’è anche la possibilità di lavare dei vestiti. Proprietario iper disponibile, gentile e pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi tipo di dubbio/esigenza. OTTIMO rapporto qualità prezzo. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Pros: Très tranquille exactement ce que nous cherchions Leonardo bien que nous ne nous soyons pas rencontrés nous demandait régulièrement si tout allait bien et si nous avions besoin de quelque chose La maison est bien bien équipée et confortable

Casa com uma linda vista e colchões super confortáveis no meio da Natureza
Pros: Com céu limpo, uma vista excelente, sobre a montanha e sobre o mar. Com céu limpo dá para visualizar Porto Santo. Casa excelente, com todas as condições. O Anfitrião, Leonardo 5 estrelas, sempre pronto a ajudar. Quartos espaçosos e os colchões super confortáveis ( destaco pois tenho dificuldade em dormir noutras camas) e haver aquecedores, às vezes pode ser preciso O facto de haver manteigas, detergente de roupa e máquina, etc,etc
Cons: Não é não gostar, mas os miúdos tinham alguma dificuldade em fechar as portas de duche e o chão aparecia molhado.
