Pros: There was tea and cookies, which we thought was really considerable. We also loved the balcony. Overall a really nice place to have a rest.

Just right.

Pros: All as expected. Appreciated the fridge and kettle. It was comfortable and great location (close to the beautiful park at the point). The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: The bathroom had a few spots of missed cleaning and here were some ant trails by the bathroom. It was fine. A bit hard to find the location, best to call when you are near.

Cons: There was no air conditioning, but not really a problem.

Happy to stay there again; no frills but very clean and practical location; good value for money.

Pros: Great central location in the town with free parking; Welcoming host; Clean room, with regular change over of towels and bedding sheets. The fridge in the room was very handy.

Cons: No negative comments - no kitchen facilities other than a kettle but that worked for us, and reflected in the good value price, and known before booking.
