Great house in a convenient location

Pros: Quiet Location on edge of village. Building work seems complete behind the house, so no issues with noise or dust. Very well appointed kitchen - loads of crockery, bowls, pans etc. Great coffee machine. Good supplies of loo rolls, washing liquid, dishwasher pods. Comfy beds. Hosts were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

Cons: Would have liked more seating around the pool eg loungers or deckchairs. We could have made better use of the space then. We would have liked a bit more shade over the seating area at the front - quite exposed during the day.

Very well equipped in excellent location

Pros: Villa was excellently equipped, with some lovely added extras: bathing products, toys for the children, items for the beach (chair, parasol, cooler box etc) and some beach towels provided too! Great location with walking distance into the centre of Burgau and of course the beautiful beach. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and responded quickly if we had any issues/questions. We booked this villa for my husband's 60th birthday so family could join us and the bedroom configuration worked well: sister&partner with their daughter&baby on the ground floor, Mum on main floor with access to shower/toilet room, me&hubby and son,partner&baby upstairs, both rooms with ensuites and a big jacuzzi bath, ideal for babies too!

Cons: Ongoing building work at the rear or the property, which of course is not the owners fault. I really feel for them when advertising their beautiful villa. To be honest, it didn't effect our stay too much, the builders didn't start too early in the morning and we were out during the day, we made use of the pool at the weekend when it was quieter.

Es waren schöne entspannte Tage.

Pros: Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung in den Zimmern wie auch in der Küche war für eine große Familie optimal geeignet. Vielen Dank für den Willkommensgruß. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Der Ort Burgau ist überschaubar und war nicht überlaufen.

Pros: Unser Aufenthalt war super! Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Sogar etliche Strandutensilien waren vorhanden. Restaurants und Supermärkte in umliegender Umgebung. Im großen und ganzem....5Sterne!

Great for a big group!

Cons: Stairs, access to beach

Boa e agradável estadia.

Pros: A localização e conforto são pontos muito fortes. Bem localizada em zona calma no entanto a uma caminhada de apenas 5 minutos de distância de bares, restaurantes e da praia do Burgau. Fácil estacionamento na zona envolvente. Casa com excelentes áreas e comodidades e totalmente equipada. Camas confortáveis e limpas. De realçar a simpatia da host sempre disponível.

Cons: Um facto alheio à casa que são as obras a decorrer junto à zona de piscina, ou seja onde deveríamos poder relaxar um pouco torna-se impossível com o barulho constante de marteladas e batidas. A casa está a necessitar de uma manutenção aprofundada assim como de uma limpeza a fundo também, uma vez que a limpeza superficial entre hospedes nota-se ser feita, mas com pormenores que denotam alguma negligencia numa casa desta categoria.

Pros: Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage in der Nähe vom Strand. Man hat alles was man braucht und Jana hat sich sehr bemüht, dass uns nichts fehlt :)
