Pros: Really awesome view from huge windows in the saloon and from the biggest bedroom. A lot of space in the house in general. The road to the house is steep and thin - we loved it, but having a big car it could be harder.
Cons: Coffee cups - nowhere to find them, even in the shops around, just unknown type for the coffee machine. The dryer sometimes jammed, needed to turn it off and on a few times.

House with very nice view but in need of some minor improvements
Pros: The best thing about the house is the view! Has also a very nice sofa and a large TV screen. The jacuzzi is also a nice touch, and overall we felt some parts of the house were in very good condition, however some other parts were a bit older and could be improved.
Cons: There were some small things in the apartment that are easy and cheap to fix that would have improved our overall experience, such as: - One of the rooms lacks a black out curtain, and therefore light comes in very early in the morning (also no blinds) - Only one toilet as a toilet paper support, it is missing in the other ones - Hardly any bath towel hangers in all the toilets - In the main toilet, the shower curtain is too short and leaves a gap next to the floor, therefore the toilet floor is wet outside the shower each time we use it - One of the bedrooms does not have AC and was very hot at the time we stayed there (temperatures between 25-30 degrees) - Some of the mattresses are a bit old and in need of a replacement

Pros: So much space and a lovely view. It was very clean. The host always answered any query promptly.
Cons: So hard to find ,the area code did not bring you directly to the house. Very hard to drive on road outside the house very hilly and narrow The wrong coffee pods were left for coffee machine so couldn't even have a cup of coffee after arriving.

Excellent value for money: great property
Pros: The flat was comfortable and easily accommodated all of us staying. The view from the balcony was great and we loved the BBQ / pizza oven and outdoor seating.
Cons: Unfortunately there was an issue with ants in the single ground floor bedroom, and only two of the bedrooms had air con, so it was quite warm in the additional rooms.

Pros: Тут є все, що вам потрібно. Все для проживання. Помудомийка, пралка, сушка, посуд. Нам було дуже комфортно. І найголовніше! ВИД Це космічно.
Cons: Деякі меблі потребують реновації. Але ціна цього помешкання - ніщо, у порівнянні, що ви отримуєте.

Pros: Pouca distância do Funchal, óptima vista, muito espaçosa a casa
Cons: De modo geral gostámos de tudo. Poderiam fazer alguma manutenção a nivel do jardim, relva não tem, só erva seca, mesa jardim muito degradada. Frigorífico precisava ser descongelado porque porta mal fecha e maçaneta bamba

Pros: Lokalizacja i widok z okna salonu i dużej sypialni na port w Funchal.
Cons: W dwóch sypialniach były uszkodzone zamknięcia w oknach, trafiliśmy na burzę i duży wiatr który otwierał nam te okna. Musiałem je blokować kijem od miotły. Są do naprawy.
