Bela Vista Funchal Villa

Fantastic Villa, fantastic island, fantastic holiday!

Pros: The views are amazing and the property is immaculate. It appears virtually brand new, plenty of rooms all very tastefully decorated. Three double bedrooms, one being en-suite, with another in the basement which could serve as a bedroom, also en-suite. It was a lovely stay and the property owner, José, gave us a complimentary bottle of red wine along with one piece of invaluable information; to download and install an app called BOLT. It is a taxi service a little like Uber, but on steroids! So quick and efficient, I think the longest we had to wait for a car after ordering was six mins. You can track your car’s progress on its way to you. The cars all very nice and best of all cheap, probably half the price of other taxi companies, if not even cheaper. I don’t know how other companies can survive, because they certainly can’t compete with BOLT. Jose saved us a fortune with this one piece of advice.

Cons: Nothing, the Villa was perfect. Highly recommended.

Fantastic private quite Villa with stunning views of Funchal

Pros: Beautiful views from a beautiful villa...Easy to get to and facilities in the villa were perfect for our family needs including washing machine. Terrace had plenty of space and we were not overlooked which was nice

Pros: The owner was waiting for us and handed us the keys. The house has a stunning view of the sea and the center of Funchal. The house is large and very clean, the kitchen equipment is functional and brand new. The owner was very friendly and responded to our requests quickly via text messages. We really enjoyed our one-week vacation there. PS: The roads in Madeira are narrow and winding, including small streets in the mountain town with a slope of up to 20 degrees. It may be a bit surprising to drive on such roads for the first time, but you will get used to it.

Pros: Just amazing! I really can't imagine a better place to stay in Madeira. The house is completely new, very spacious, and elegant. And that VIEW... wow! Value for money: 10/10.

Excellent stay with breathtaking view

Pros: Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The vue is breathtaking, the owner very friendly and available for questions. And as cherry on top - local bakery at 3 Min walking distance. Great stay!

Cons: Parking is not the easiest at the property. Few times I preferred to leave the car on the street next to the bakery 😇

Pros: Bela vista já o nome diz tudo. Um sonho. Sem dúvida a melhor opção. Em frente a igreja do livramento. Uma padaria a 5 minutos . Excelente.
