Blue Horizon Luxury Villa

Pros: The villa was our favorite. Villa was amazing, the place was great and the view breathtaking. The host was very friendly, kind and helpful. We felt welcomed and there was a surprise waiting for us. Rooms are spacious, clean and with lots of daylight. Absolutely everything was great and when we visit Madeira, this is the place we will go again. Thank you.

Pros: This is an amazing house. High up in the mountains with incredible views, the photos don't do it justice. Great communicative host. I don't think there are many places like this so I would book it immediately if available.

Cons: No serious negatives to speak of.

Beautiful villa with great views

Pros: The villa is beautiful and well thought through with sensational views. It is stylishly furnished. The bathrooms are beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped.The terrace has a day bed to relax and sunbathe. There is a private gate and the area is very quiet but the villa is a short drive to Sao Vicente which has lots of restaurants and a supermarket. There are also great walks nearby. The host was very helpful and responsive during our stay. We would highly recommend it!

Cons: As the villa is new, there are a few small improvements that could be made with the functionality.

Amazing View!

Pros: We just had a wonderful stay at Blue Horizon villa. It's tastefully decorated with a great roof top deck with sunloungers and a hot tub/jacuzzi. By far the best asset to this villa is the amazing view of the mountains down to the sea. The large windows mean you can see the view from all rooms and the large sliding doors open to provide an uninterrupted view. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Good quality furnishings, great bathroom and powerful shower. Communication was good with the host and they were very helpful. Despite the couple of negatives I've included in my review, we had a great stay and I would highly recommend booking a stay at Blue Horizon and we hope to go back one day.

Cons: The hot tub wasn't working which was disappointing as it was one of the reasons I chose to book this villa. The host did explain when we arrived that it couldn't be repaired in time for our stay. Also, the drinkware could do with updating with some better quality cups and wine glasses and some champagne flutes would be nice addition. The grass area needs attention as there are lots of weeds which makes it look a bit scruffy. Don't let this put you off booking though as all the positives out way the negatives, hence a score of 10.

Außergewöhnliche Lage, modernes Haus, spektakulärer Blick.

Pros: Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich mit Blick auf Berkuppen und das Tal sowie das Dorf und auch ein Hauch vom Meer. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, viele Fenster. Küche gut nutzbar. Waschmaschine schön. Großer Supermarkt nahbei. Nette Gastgeber mit Tips zur Umgebung und Restaurantempfehlungen. Viele Wanderwege in Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Cons: Es fehlt ein Tisch drinnen, an dem man essen und evtl. auch etwas mit dem Laptop arbeiten kann. Die Barhocker am Küchenrand sind nicht der Bringer. Die Außenmöblierung könnte wertiger sein. Aktuell (November 2025) wird ab 7 Uhr 30 nebenan ein Haus gebaut.

More than you expect.

Pros: The view is more beautiful than pictures. The Villa is equipped with everything you need, you only need to bring your food ingredients. The host provided a very easy chick- in process. And all the advices you need. The area is safe and quiet.

Cons: Would have loved if at least one of the glass doors had bugs door screen, so that we can ventilate the place and enjoy the cool breeze without worrying about the bugs.

Pros: Everything. Literally everything was great, starting from the beautiful and cozy town and gorgeous views, to the interior of the apartment as it was modern and well furnished. The thing that stood out for me was the little welcoming basket they left when we arrived! These little details made our stay unforgettable.

This villa was absolutely perfect!

Pros: The location of this property is as perfect as the view from every window. The host thoughtfully appointed the house with useful kitchen utensils/dishes, sugar & spices, coffee and milk, wine, plastic wrap, etc. She even provided a stocked first aid kit! We had fluffy new bath and beach towels, fresh smelling bed linens and pillows, clean decorative throws/pillows. The shower pressure was lovely and the blow dryer was properly powerful. We enjoyed opening the big sliding doors to the outside and felt perfectly comfortable without air conditioning. We cooked full meals easily and could drive to nearby markets and restaurants in minutes.

Wunderschöne Villa in traumhafter Lage

Pros: Die Blue Horizon Luxury Villa ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in exzellenter Lage mit einem unglaublich tollen Ausblick. Die Villa ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Martina, die Managerin / Verwalterin hat uns immer zeitnah mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt und hat bei Fragen immer kurzfristig und ausführlich geantwortet. Wir können die Blue Horizon Luxury Villa uneingeschränkt für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt an der Nordküste von Madeira empfehlen.

Cons: Nichts.

Skvělé místo pro pobyt v severní části ostrova.

Pros: Krásný dům s úžasným výhledem. Vybavená kuchyně, prostorné koupelny. Parkování na pozemku. Klidné místo. Velká terasa s lehátky.

Cons: Absence sprchového gelu ve sprše trochu překvapilo, protože jinak je vše k dispozici. Jinak není co vytknout. Všechno bylo super.
