Great terrace and nice seaview. Amazing!
Pros: Nice terrace to eat outdoor and enjoy the great seaview and hot tub. Quiet neighbourhood. Very friendly host.
Cons: Kitchen is under the roof and has low ceilng. Luckily we could eat outside at the terrace.

Pana house is a perfect base to explore the Southwestern part of Madeira.
Pros: The house is in a calm street and has a beautiful view over the ocean. There is all equipment one might need. We enjoyed also the rooftop terrace having also a jacuzzi. Gustavo was very helpful providing info about the area and things to see. The nearby restaurant he suggested had excellent food!
Cons: Nothing to mention.

Pros: Gustavo was an amazing host. He welcomed us and provided us with everything we needed - information about Madeira, wine, and traditional cake, as well as detergent. We didn't miss anything during our stay.
Cons: The house and furniture are older. Teracce is upstairs, so you need to use the stairs a lot, but stairs are everywhere on this island, so you'd better get used to them quickly :)

I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I return to Madeira I will definitely stay here again
Pros: Everything was just great! Spacious accommodation with an incredible view, very friendly host who even prepared a nice bonus upon check-in - local wine and traditional pie. We checked in at 3 am without any problems. The apartment has everything you need: washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, TV, fridge, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living rooms and bedrooms. There is also a jacuzzi, which was a real relaxation after a day of walking. We recommend it 100%! Special thanks to the owner for his care and comfort.
Cons: I don't see any disadvantages

Loads of space and fantastic views.
Pros: Loads of space for the two of us. The apartment is located in a quiet area a little way out of the town centre. Gustavo greeted us when we arrived and had lots of tips and suggestions to share. A welcome pack of wine, cake and bananas was waiting on our arrival and more freshly picked bananas were left on the doorstep during our stay. The views from the balcony and roof terrace are fab!
Cons: Decor a little tired. Could do with a refresh in places, but then would probably be out of our price range!

Lovely house with incredible views and attentive host!
Pros: Absolutely loved Pana House, great space inside and outside on the terrace. The holiday was incredible, but especially so because of a few touches. Gustavo gave us an itinerary of what to do on the island, there was wine and cake in the kitchen for us when we arrived, and during our stay there was fresh fruit waiting for us on the doorstep left by the owner!
Cons: The only thing that made this stay not 100% perfect is the beds were uncomfortable, they were hard yet quite springy

Perfect home to relax after a day exploring the island!
Pros: - the location and views from the terrace are amazing!! - the walk down/up to the beach is a work out but very enjoyable - the hospitality of Gustavo: he is the sweetest host and has great tips!! - the smart TV for movie nights - kitchen is fully equiped for cooking nice meals
Cons: - the mattresses are a bit bouncy - they were building a house next to Pana House so there were construction noises during the day, it was fine for us as we were out most of the days and they were not that loud, but I prefer to mention it

Spacious house with great views
Pros: The house looks better than in the photos. Plenty of space, kitchen and ocean views from the balcony and the terrace. The rooms are spacious and well maintained.
Cons: You probably need a car to get there.

Pros: Veľký a čistý apartmán s úžasnou terasou a úžasným výhľadom. Vírivka na terase nás potešila. Do mesta k reštauráciám a obchodom je to asi 15 minút pešo, ubytovanie sa však nachádza na obrovskom kopci. Pobyt sa nám páčil. Dobrá komunikácia s majiteľom.
Cons: Vybavenie je trochu staršie, ale postačuje, nie je to prekážkou.
