Pros: The appartment is small but very clean, there is everything you need for cooking. The communication with the owner goes very well, he will answer very quickly and give you helpful infomations. We didn't have any problem with checkin.
Cons: I think it's only a special case, before the 24.12 there was someboby sang in the middle night nearby and somebody set off fireworks in the morning at around 3,4 o'clock, it disturbed us with sleep, but after 24.12 it was normal again, in the whole night it was very quiet, we heared nothing in the night.

Great place, quiet location and helpful and hospitable host
Pros: The location was quiet and peaceful but close to the shop and main route. The kitchen served the needs of a family with a small child. The host went an extra mile to make us feel welcome and taken care of!

Wonderful
Pros: The apartment was very clean and cozy, we had everything we needed. Also it was 15-20 minutes walk to Camara de Lobos harbor where you can find nice restaurants and 10-15 minutes driving to Funchal Center. The apartment doesn’t have a private parking spot but you can find plenty of them on the street except in the evenings when there are a lot of cars coming at a restaurant (which I also recommend to try) that’s 50 meters away but you can always find spots uphill. I totally recommend!

Small, quiet, and nice accommodation.
Pros: Small, quiet, and nice accommodation. We liked everything - the location, a great viewpoint just a few steps away, a grocery store nearby, you can park the car right on the street, and next door is a famous pub that people come from far away to visit.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: A really nice, comfortable and clean apartment. Communication with the host was excellent and we felt very welcome. Beautiful location on the top of a hill, right next to a scenic viewpoint.
Cons: This was not really a problem for us, but even though the apartment is very close to the town and harbor area, it is a very steep climb. We had a car, so getting around was easy. We did also walk up from the town a couple of times, which took about 20 minutes. It can be done, and it is a very cool walk through narrow and picturesque alleys.

Pros: Great place to stay with family. good location with a car. Without a car is a bit hard to get for the top. Very clean and cosy. Nice welcoming!Thank you! ☺️ Fully recommend!
Cons: Little tip for the host - it would be good for you and for guests to prepare some kind of book of house rules so guests can easily find some information about the house eg where the washing machine is and what to do with garbages ;)

Superb!
Pros: Comfortable, cosy, very well equipped apartment. Very clean. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very accommodating and super friendly host! The host thought of everything. Huge plus for a well equipped kitchen, olive oil and spices:)
Cons: If anything, the location is uphill a solid walk from the Camara city center.
