Very good contact with the MHM, very good location, underground parking, the apartment is clean
Pros: The apartment was prepared for our arrival, cleaned, clean towels and sheets. An MHM employee was waiting for us on site to hand over the keys. Great location, quiet and peaceful. Sometimes dogs barked, just defending their territory. We absolutely did not mind. Restaurants with great food nearby. There are also shops where you can buy almost everything to eat. The view from the terrace is great, especially at night it was worth sitting and looking at the moon and stars. The apartment is spacious, the living room is large, the bedrooms were also ok. The underground parking is a big plus, because parking on the street is a big problem. There were no ants (someone wrote about them earlier), only lizards dropped in for deliveries. Overall we are very pleased with the stay.
Cons: It's a pity that there was no access to a washing machine, it would have been very useful.

Pros: The view was amazing!!! Good location about 15 minute drive to the centre of Funchal. The apartament, the terrace with a jacuzzi were great and worked nicely!
Cons: The wifi sometimes doesn't reach the bedroom. Was a lot of noise from dogs of the night and early hours of the morning.

Enjoyable stay in a nice part of Madeira with easy access to airport, Funchal and local bars etc
Pros: Location was as expected, great views and only a few minutes walk down hill to a local bar. Easy access from airport and into Funchal. Great communication with the property agents before and after our arrival.
Cons: The only thing was a few missing or broken parts of the outside decking area.

Pros: Oszałamiający taras z przepięknym widokiem. Mieszkanie przestronne, wygodne, czyste. Kontakt z gospodarzem na wysokim poziomie - zawsze chętni do pomocy i szybko odpowiadający na pytania i potrzeby.
Cons: Jedyny minus to pies z sąsiednich domów po nocach mocno utrudniał sen

Einfach ein Traum von einer Ferienwohnung!
Pros: Die Unterkunft was einfach nur klasse! Die Terrasse ist ein Traum mit so einem Ausblick! Man hat alles was man braucht und viel Platz. Die Lage ist super, ein großer Supermarkt nur 8 min mit dem Auto weg.
Cons: Leider hat die Sonnenabdeckung nicht funktioniert, es wurde des öfteren etwas zu warm. Es wäre schön gewesen die Waschmaschine benutzen zu dürfen die im Nebenraum der Küche stand, jedoch war der Raum abgesperrt.

Pros: Uns hat diese Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Besonders die Dachterrasse mit dem Meerblick haben wir genossen. Bei niedrigeren Temperaturen helfen die beiden elektrischen Heizradiatoren. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Eine kleine Auswahl an Gewürzen steht zur Verfügung. Die Waschmaschine hätten wir so nicht nutzen können, da der Raum dazu verschlossen ist. Die Bilder aus dem Internet stimmen mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Die Wohnung ist recht stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte nach Absprache sehr gut. Geschäfte, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Unterschiedliche Container für die Mülltrennung haben wir direkt vor der Wohnung nicht vorgefunden. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter.
Cons: Ein großer Besen und ein Staubsauger wären schön gewesen.

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern und wirkt frisch ausgemalt und neu eingerichtet. Ein traumhafter Ausblick von der Terrasse, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein großes Bad mit 2 Waschbecken sowie der vorhandene Parkplatz führen zu einem perfekten Aufenthalt. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Tankstelle und die Auffahrt auf die Schnellstrasse sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, trotzdem hat man das angenehme Gefühl, von allem weit weg zu sein. Perfekte Betreuung.
Cons: Da ich mit offener Balkontüre schlief, fand ich das nächtliche Hundegebell in der Umgebung anfangs störend, in der ersten Nacht wieder zuhause vermisste ich es fast...

Pros: Super że jest jakuzzi, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, duża przestrzeń w apartamencie, wygodne łóżka
Cons: Połamane deski niezabezpieczone na tarasie, brak suszarki do ubrań . Na stronie było napisane że są dwie łazienki, a w rzeczywistości jedna z nich była zamknięta
