Pros: Easily one of the best accommodations we had in Madeira. Whole apartment was super clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well equipped. We really liked there being washing machine and dish washer. The balcony view was beautiful and great for morning breakfast. The location was also very nice. Close to several restaurants and bars. The beach is 20 mins walk downhill but not that steep considering Madeira standards. Anyway it's easily accessible by car and you can park in front of the building. Definitely recommend, it's great value for money especially if you are traveling as a group of 3-4 people.

Pros: Whole stay was very effortless. Easy to find, close to ER101 but very quiet. Big supermarket just 6mins away. Easy to park. Easy to talk to Bruno. Apartment was clean and tidy. Had everything we (group of 5) needed for a week of stay.
Cons: That we could not stay longer.

Pros: An apartment in a silent area. Well equipped with everything you might need. Very friendly staff who is available if needed. Excellent place for a nice holiday. I would very like to visit again and will recommend to others.

Pros: Great location - very close to Funchal, but peace and quiet, with beatiful ocean view. The apartment is tastefully decorated, and at the same time contains all the necessary facilities. The owner was very helpful, he immediately responded to any comments and needs. The property is really worth recommending for a short or longer holiday for a group/family, it can be also an excellent starting point for exploring this amazing island.

Pros: Overall a very nice place, clean and comfortable, everything with the check-in and check-out went smoothly.
Cons: We had a bit of a problem with the neighbour who complained that we were being too loud even though we only lived normally. Luckily she didn't bother us again.

Pros: Das Appartement ist sehr schön gelegen am Ende einer Straße mit Blick auf ein Feld sowie das Meer. Wir konnten selbst im Winter auf dem Balkon frühstücken, da dieser Richtung Südosten und dadurch meist im Windschatten lag. Fußläufig sind Geschäfte, Restaurants, eine tolle Bäckerei und das Meer, inklusive Badebuchten, erreichbar. Caniço ist ein netter Ferienort, von dem aus man in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in Funchal ist. Der Cristo Rei war in 20 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Von Vorteil ist, dass es eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine gibt, allerdings weder Tabs noch Waschmittel.
Cons: Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, teilweise konnte wir die recht lautstarken Unterhaltungen der Nachbarn hören. Die Kucheneinrichtungen ist etwas spärlich und sowohl das Sofa als auch die für unseren Geschmack zu harten Federkernmatrazen bedürfen einer Erneuerung.

Pros: Господар дуже привітний й особисто зустрів, щоб передати ключі. Великі апартаменти з балконом та вікнами на південь, з яких видно океан і під якими шумлять бананові дерева та гріються на сонечку котики, - ідеально для пізньої осені та початку зими, особливо коли ти приїхав із зимової країни з блекаутами й регулярними жорстокими обстрілами. Два санвузли. Комфортна кухня. Можливість насолоджуватися трапезами на балконі... Словом, сподобалося все:)
Cons: Можливо, варто подумати над переносною ширмою, яку можна було б виносити на балкон на випадок північно-західного вітру.

Pros: Der Vermieter war sehr nett, immer erreichbar und hat uns sogar persönlich einen Check-In um 2 Uhr nachts ermöglicht. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und insgesamt recht gut ausgestattet. Es ist ruhig gelegen und die Aussicht vom Balkon war nett. An der Straße vor dem Apartment konnte man immer noch einen Parkplatz finden, obwohl es manchmal schon recht voll war.
Cons: Die Betten waren nicht unbedingt die bequemsten. Auch die Stühle auf dem Balkon und im Esszimmer waren eher unbequem.
