Christmas holidays with family (12 days)

Pros: The property provided everything you would expect at this price point. Very comfortable and well-appointed. A huge plus is the underground parking space and the large balcony with an ocean view. Even though we were there in the second half of December, there were no issues at all with humidity or low temperatures, which can sometimes happen in Madeira.

Cons: The only downside is an unpleasant smell occasionally coming from the toilet, but this is clearly an issue with the building’s plumbing rather than the apartment itself.

Amazing view and very comfortable apartment

Pros: The apartment provide a amazing view on the sea Very comfortable apartment and the garage place is very useful if you rent a car. What we did and you are about 10 minutes drive from FunchalDrive. We stayed a week and it was not a problem to visit the island from this place

Cons: Need to know that they are building apartments close to our apartment. They start at 8 am in the morning and finish around 6 pm from Monday to Saturday. For us it was not a problem as we were moving all those days.

Apartamento muito confortável, bem decorado e super limpo! Recomendamos, sem sombra de dúvida!

Pros: Foi o melhor apartamento onde já ficámos! Muito bem decorado, tudo limpo e arrumado! Ótimo para uma estadia na Madeira! A vista para o mar é maravilhosa! Ter garagem deu-nos muito jeito, utilizámos sempre.

Cons: Não tínhamos panos de cozinha. Poderiam colocar apenas mais toalhas à disposição 🙂
