Great place to stay, al facilities included, location is just out of Funchal with nearby supermarkets.

Pros: Host was very friendly and helping. He was there to welcome us and also explained all the facilities.

Cons: One of the bathrooms’ ventilation could be improved

Great place for group of friends

Pros: Maurilio is so kind and helpful host. Apartment is huge and it has a living room where we could chill after the long day full of sightseeing. There's parking place in a garage. We had a wonderful stay :)

Cons: Absolutely nothing

Pros: Very good communication with the host, he was attentive and even let us stay after the check-out time. Basically, everything was great except for humidity problems mentioned below.

Cons: Due to high humidity it would be great if the apartment was equipped with things like a tumble dryer, an electric heater and most importantly, better bathroom ventilation. But I guess the same concerns most of Madeira stays, especially in winter season.
