Spacious Apartment with Stunning Views
Pros: The apartment is spacious and offers a great view. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, a coffee machine, a toaster, and other essentials. The property is clean and well-maintained. The agency provides detailed check-in and check-out instructions, and communication is efficient. Street parking is available in front of the building. The owners also provided a list of nearby restaurants, bars, and supermarkets — all easily accessible by car, within approximately 5 minutes. Funchal is 10-15 mins by car. One of the bedrooms is close to a school, so children's voices can be heard in the morning. The other bedroom faces a regional road, where passing cars are audible. These sounds are noticeable but not disruptive.
Cons: There is no balcony, but this does not significantly affect functionality of the apartment. You can still witness great sunrise from the bedroom and living room windows.

Pros: Хорошие апартаменты. Школа рядом не мешала. Хороший вид на океан в дали из одной спальни и холла. Очень чисто.
Cons: Немного не хватало кондиционера, особенно под утро. Если открыть окна, то шум от дороги мешает отдыхать. А с закрытыми окнами душно.

Pros: Casa bem espaçosa, contém tudo o que precisamos, objetos para limpeza, objetos de cozinha, casa confortável, localizada em uma área tranquila.

Nel complesso a parte i piccoli “difetti” ci tornerei altre mille volte!
Pros: La grandezza degli spazi, la posizione, la vista e la cordialità /disponibilità del personale della struttura.
Cons: Aver trovato qualche formica in cucina il primo giorno, la doccia ideo massaggio inutilizzabile e incrostata di calcare, un capello sulla parete della vasca nel bagno grande e accenni di muffa nelle fughe del bagno grande in corrispondenza della vasca da bagno.

Pros: Apartamento muito mais espaçoso do que estava à espera, bem equipado quer na cozinha como wc. O staff foi fantástico, fácil comunicar com eles e muito prestável.
Cons: O isolamento sonoro das janelas não era muito bom, principalmente num dos quartos e na sala ouvia-se o barulho do trânsito até muito tarde e depois muito cedo de manhã.

Que de bons souvenirs.....voyage, logement, environnement et paysages, sympathie des Madèrians.
Pros: Accueil par le propriétaire. Appartement contemporain très fonctionnel avec ascenseur, 2 salles de bain, équipement complet. Logement décoré avec goût et très lumineux. Opacité des volets. Quartier calme . Vue dégagée sur l'océan imprenable du 4éme étage. Assez calme la nuit Possibilité de se garer assez facilement le soir sur le parking de l'école voisine. Boulangerie-pâtisserie à proximité à pied pour le petit-déjeuner. 15minutes en voiture du centre de Funchal.
Cons: Proximité voie rapide au petit matin. Literie ferme

Csodálatos környezet, aktiv pihenés szerelmeseinek
Pros: a kilátás csodalatos az egyik oldalon, a másik szoba iskolára néz. viszont az óceánra néző oldalon van az autópálya is. tágas lakas, kulturált berendezéssel, jól felszerelt konyha (müzlis tál még lehetne).
Cons: volt egy hidromasszazs zuhanyzó, ami sajnos nem működött. Maga a zuhany feje is össze volt törve. de ezt biztos kicserélik hamarosan. a másik, hogy gyalogosan elég sportos ide eljutni. Az ablakok pedig nem hangszigeteltek.
