Pros: Exceptional apartment, clean and well-equipped (from all perspectives) with private underground parking. Convenient and quiet location with cafés and groceries nearby with just 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk. Wonderful ocean view from the balcony.

Cons: Nothing to mention. Only one suggestion: add apartment label on the Google Maps.
