A relaxing year-end holiday
Pros: Location - Lagos is a nice little town about 1 hour away from Faro (airport). A good distance to all scenic spots and balanced with tourism and local life. Service - Both the reception and cleaning team are doing a great job and always friendly and helpful.
Cons: Minor - The building and furnitures themselves are a bit old. With this said, the shared facilities (gardens, swimming pools, Spas) are well maintained

Beautiful property
Pros: It was lovely and clean, nicely laid out as a couple
Cons: Wouldn’t feel safe in the terrace with my two young children with hard stairs and glass panels as living room is upstairs

Pros: Fantastic facilities, in beautiful surroundings. Exceptional townhouse, clean, with everything we needed, comfortable beds. The staff were brilliant and helpful. We were at a function that was held in the club house restaurant. The food was excellent with extremely polite and welcoming staff. Will definitely be back. Good value for money. From our living room balcony there was a locked gate with access to a large swimming pool

Enjoyed my stay; benefit of hindsight, should have gone for something closer to beach/city centre
Pros: I liked the house itself, I liked that it was near a swimming pool and I liked that there was some space available at the back of the house where one can relax, play games.
Cons: Food - 1) Breakfast was okay, it wasn't something spectacular. Plus people come here for extended stays, having the same breakfast daily can be a bit dull. 2) Vegetarian food options available at both the restaurants can be looked into - they were limited and not something we wanted to repeat. We ended up ordering food via delivery apps when we didn't venture out into the town. Facilities - 1) Swimming pools are not monitored - so you are on your own! Mobility - 1) Spa facilities are a minimum 15 min walk - they do provide shuttle services but that's like every 2 hours - so you need to plan accordingly OR, even better if you do a car rental. I don't drive left hand, so didn't go for a car rental - so you almost feel a bit limited in terms of mobility. We booked a lot of cabs to go to Lagos town centre. Staff - 1) Could be more friendly. We reached around 11am which I know is too early for a early check-in (I had requested one though). Anyways, having travelled from UK (early start to the day around 2:30am) and being with a 2 year old, I really did not want to wait for 4:00PM to check-in. I got a call around 3:15PM that my room was ready - which was a bit disappointing. The heat was scorching outside and there is no 'reception' as such where you can sit and kill your time. Even the restaurants were not open at 11am - anyways..

Pros: It was nice, clean, comfortable and less than 3km to the city centre in terms of proximity.
Cons: I was really surprised that there was a charge for children above a certain age for the apartment as opposed to paying for the whole apartment
