Very comfortable and high quality!

Pros: Very spacious appartement, big kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. The view was very beautiful and location very good. We lover the restaurant Klenk’s which is right in front of the appartement. Save parking

Cons: This is not something the owner can do anything about but there was quite a bit of noise from the street (motorcycles and busses early in the morning) but even more from the kids in the appartement below, lot of screaming and crying.

Wonderful stay

Pros: It was a lovely stay at Rubeus. The apartment had everything we needed. It was well located, had underground and outdoor parking, was spacious and well-equipped. My biggest thanks go to Lucia, who was a wonderful and patient host. I highly recommend that place.

Pros: Everything was just great, the location, parking, pool, view, the inside of the apartment. Thank you for Lucia helping with everything!

Generous sized and beautifully appointed apartment

Pros: Superb, large 2 bed apartment with lovely balconies and views. Generous sized rooms and a particularly nice en suite bathroom.

Cons: Disappointingly, no welcome pack with info about the apartment, the town and Madeira. Lovely views to front, but quite a noisy busy road to look out over to the sea.

Pros: la localisation était excellente. beaucoup de vaisselle et autres. c’était bien d’avoir le savon à lave-vaisselle, du papier de toilette, des sacs de poubelle, du sel, du poivre et de l’huile suffisamment. Aussi des serviettes de plage.

Cons: il faisait très chaud dans la cuisine à cause du chauffe-eau qui crée beaucoup de chaleur.

Pros: Localização, perto de tudo, bons restaurantes, supermercados e praia.

Cons: Não gosto de stress, ou pressa na hora de check-out.

Pros: Piso muy espacioso y luminoso (orientación sur), con terraza y vistas al mar. Bien amueblado y con todo el equipamiento necesario. Ubicado en la parte baja de Caniço, un pueblo situado entre Funchal y el aeropuerto de Madeira.

Gelungener Aufenthalt mit Meerblick und guter Verkehrsanbindung

Pros: Die gute Lage und die Geräumigkeit der Unterkunft. Genug Besteck, Teller, Kochgeschirr etc. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner! Diverse Kaffeemaschinen Blick aufs Meer Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür

Cons: Wenn man nachts bei offenem Fenster schläft, ist die Straße doch sehr laut. Bis auf 1-2 Stunden in der Nacht ist auch immer Verkehr.

Pros: Apartament bardzo duży, super wyposażony, dobra lokalizacja wypadowa, było mnóstwo naczyń itd w kuchni, garaz podziemny w cenie, bardzo mila obsluga

Cons: Nie było kostek do zmywarki i mało papieru toaletowego
