Pros: Amazing panorama from the terrace!😍 Very spacios and modern apartment with everything you need. Very accurate instructions from the housekeeper how to get in, it was so easygoing.

Pros: - the host Abel was extremely helpful, provided clear explanations about everything in advance. We received a video on how to access the apartment, which made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. He also shared some great links regarding local shops. - good parking pptions: if you prefer not to park on the street, there are also convenient options available—either behind a gate on level ground or underneath the property. - the apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood,also it is an excellent starting point for exploring the island, - spacious accommodations as the apartment offered ample space, making it comfortable for our stay .The kitchen was fully equipped. -ants , naturally, may occur, but a deterrent was available under the sink. Unfortunately, we didn’t check it in advance,and we ended up having to buy our own deterrent.
Cons: - the description on booking was not clear that this was only one of three apartments available. Our apartment was located on the ground floor with large sliding windows no only in the living area but also in the bedrooms. While this feature may appeal to some, it was not comfortable for me, so I had to keep heavy curtains drawn and lights on for our privacy. I would have preferred an upper-level apartment for more privacy and comfort. - it is naturally , that the apartment can become quite hot during the day, also especially when you are cooking . But there is no air conditioning. Althoughtwe are not particularly fans of air condition, it would have been helpful. Ventilation was difficult since the large windows do not have screens, allowing insects to enter. :-( . This was particularly inconvenient. There are no screens even in the bathroom.

Very nice experience
Pros: The apartment is very nice and big. The rooms are spacious and the open space with the living room and the kitchen is very comfortable and accessorized. There is also a parking for the car. The position is also nice with many things with few minutes of driving. The owner is very polite and available.

Pros: Czysty i przestronny aprtament. Dobra lokalizacja pod warunkiem posiadania samochodu duży taras.
Cons: Brak klimatyzacji w sypialni, oswietlenie apartamentu jest fatalne, kuchnia duża dobrze wypasażona ale brak oświetlenia w kuchni psuje caly urok kuchni . Apartment po wymianie zimnego oswietlenia oraz oswietleniu blatów w kuchni zapewnieieniu klimatyzacji w sypialniach byłby apartamentem naprawde dobrym.Brak odkurzacza, No i oczywiscie dla przestrogi brama posiada czasowy zamykacz ktory niestety został ustawiony na tak krótki czas że doprowadził do otarcia samochodu w ostatnim dniu naszego pobytu przy wyjeździe na lotnisko. Incydent wpłyną na nasz pobyt w tym miejscu negatywnie i popsuł nam całe wakacje na tej pięknej wyspie.

Pros: Cicha i spokojna okolica idealna na odpoczynek po całym zwiedzania wyspy. Apartament z klimatyzacją co jest dużą zaletą. Ładna łazienka i salon. Taras z widokiem na ocean ( w oddali) Zapewne z apartamentu na 1 piętrze lepszy widok na zachodzące słońce.
Cons: Strasznie twardy materac w łóżku z prześcieradłem z ceratą, która trzeszczała nawet przy zwykłym spaniu :)

NO DUDES, PERFECTO
Pros: Apartamento EXCEPCIONAL, buenas equipaciobes, amplio, limpio, camas cómodas y espaciosas. La atención del anfitrión excepcional. Aparcamiento en la puerta sin problemas o dentro del alojamiento. Mercadillo cerquísima, bar para tomar una copa tb muy recomendable. La ubicación cerquísima de la vía más rápida que rodea la isla. Tener en cuenta que estás a 45 min. en coche desde Funchal y a pico Areiro 1 h.
Cons: Nada, recomiendo a cualquiera teniendo en cuenta lo comentado de la ubicación.

Pros: Velmi hezký výhled z terasy na moře. Velmi prostorný, moderní a čistý apartman. Lokalita je velmi klidná, tichá, žádný hluk. Do obchodu dojdete pěšky jinak je dobré mít auto.

Piękny apartament z widokiem na ocean
Pros: Bardzo ładny apartament z w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią, przepięknym tarasem z niesamowitym widokiem na ocean. Na terenie obiektu dostępny parking. Dostęp do kluczy bardzo prosty i wygodny. Wszystkie niezbędne informacje przekazane w sposób jasny i klarowny.
Cons: Jedyną niedogodnością były robaczki (wije), które pojawiały się regularnie na tarasie oraz mrówki, które usilnie próbują dostać się do mieszkania.
