Pros: Appartment in residential flat, we had a comfortable stay, had everything we'd need. Didnt try the swimming pool

Nice and quiet spot!

Pros: Super nice staff, easy to self check in and out, easy to find, clean and tidy. Helpful staff even when we experienced disruptions e.g. flight cancellation. In the flat, I found all I needed, including scissors, knives, hair drier. It's a very simple place but I felt welcome. There's a balcony and also an enjoyable winter garden. Some nights I could hear music but it wasn't loud enough to disturb. The mattress was fine. I'd certainly visit again. It's definitely not walking distance from the city centre but we had a rental car and we always found parking within the gate, so overall it was a good choice for us.

Cons: Some little feedback on what could be improved/fixed: • light switches at the entrance not working • bathroom fan not working • kitchen window door opening on its own (need to place a chair under the handle to prevent this)

Nice apartment, balcony and sea view

Pros: Nice apartment on the 8th floor with lift. Comfortable and clean. Getting in was easy and great communication with Erica, most responsive. Clean towels and bedding and the beds were very comfortable. Balcony with sea view. I would go back and stay.

Cons: My only criticism is the late night bar next door below. It can be very noisy especially on Saturday nights so take earplugs! This should not put you off from staying in a good room.

Good place to stay close to Funchal center.

Pros: Nice place to stay at. Good location and great is on site parking (Parking in Funchal is horrible so it is worth having your own parking) Host was great - we had an issue with the shower and she fixed it the next day. Perfect! There are some nice restaurants in the vicinity, which was a great plus after long days of hiking.

Cons: I would appreciate oil and salt in the kitchen. The bathroom could use more shelfs. The room felt super cold, because of the floor. The apartment was little old in design, but nothing bad. Bed could be little bit bigger.

Nice and practical apartment with perfect location

Pros: It’s a clean and cozy apartment, a lovely place with a well-equipped kitchen, a warm welcome, and great communication. You can get an invoice if you travel for work

Cons: On Tuesdays you can hear some karaoke, but I’m a heavy sleeper so it didn’t bother me.

Pros: Very nice apartment, easy check-in and communication with the host, parking spaces available even in late night, start package of basic needs

Nice small apartment located in a very practical area

Pros: Perfect location with restaurant, car rentals & many supermarkets nearby. The host was very communicative & we really appreciated all the recommendations from the leaflet inside the apartment. The availability of a parking lot in Funchal is also a huge bonus. We were given a room on the 8th floor and the view was stunning, especially during sunset hour.

Cons: There is a pub outside the building which hosts live music nights quite often. It is a bit difficult to sleep even with the windows closed

Comfortable apartment in Funchal

Pros: The apartments are in a very good location in Funchal - not far from the beach and with everything you need nearby - shops, bars, restaurants... and it's only a couple minutes' walk to the bus stop for central Funchal, the airport or elsewhere. The flat was very spacious and clean. The service was also great - the lady that looks after the apartments was lovely.

Cons: Little bit of noise from the nearby bar which wasn't too bothersome but the apartment was not air conditioned. On the first night there wasn't a fan either (rectified by the owner on the second day), but even with the fan I still found it very hot at night - so I could've slept a lot better.

Everything you could need is provided

Pros: The apartment it's clean, the host Erika is very nice and helpful and everything is small but functional. We had everything we could need, especially in the kitchen and all the facilities are working, from the washing machine to the toaster or microwave.

Cons: The only problem during our stay was the noise due to construction work in the apartment next to ours, starting very early in the morning. We would have liked to be informed about that and eventually get a little compensation because this annoying inconvenience disturbed a lot our relax during the vacation but this unfortunately didn't happen.
