Perfect location, apartment and host!

Pros: The apartment is beautifull and very well fournished. Amazing balcony with city and ocean view. Perfect location in the heart of Funchal. All this with a great host, super available and great at making you feel at home.

Perfekte Lage, super Gastgeber. Einen kleinen Abzug wegen den beschriebenen Kleinigkeiten.

Pros: Der Gastgeber und die Lage ist top. Wir konnten vor der angegebenen Zeit einchecken. Schlüssel befand sich im Schlüsselsafe bei der Eingangstüre. Die Klimanalage ist perfekt positioniert im Zimmer (es zieht nicht!). Das Bett war gut. Strassenlärm bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht wahrnehmbar. Vom Gastgeber erhielten wir top Restaurantstipps. In der Küche und im Bad war alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Kühlschrank hat sogar ein Eisfach. Balkon auch super. Supermärkte und die Altstadt gleich in der Nähe.

Cons: Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug, man muss 66 Stufen gehen. Für das Parken mussten wir 5 Euro am Tag zahlen (die Garage war aber nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). TV gibt es keinen. Ein nicht zuordbares unregelmäßiges Brummgeräusch war vorhanden, hat aber nicht so gestört.

Pros: Ich war von der ersten Minute an von der Wohnung begeistert. Sie bietet alles, was man zum Leben wie zu Hause braucht, auch alle Kleinigkeiten. Wenn ich also etwas zu Hause vergessen hatte, fand ich es in den Schränken der Wohnung. Und was für ein herrlicher Blick vom geräumigen Balkon auf die Altstadt und den wunderschönen, nach Blumen duftenden Fluss. Ich habe jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. Man kann selbst kochen, da in der Küche absolut alles vorhanden ist. Ein toller Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in der Nähe, es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in der Umgebung, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausgangspunkte für Touren – alles ist direkt hier, direkt in dieser Straße. Und die Seebrücke ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und empfehle die Wohnung jedem, der einen individuellen Urlaub liebt.

Cons: 3 Etage ohne Fahrstuhl, man muß fit sein, nicht für die Leute mit Behinderungen
