Pros: The location of the apartment is perfect! There’s a parking garage nearby where you can park for only €5 per day. The harbor and promenade are just a short walk away. We stayed there for New Year's Eve – it’s the perfect spot to watch the fireworks! The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We were 2 adults and 1 child, but it could easily accommodate 4 people without any issues. Everything was very clean! The host was very nice and organized everything perfectly (he even checked in on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed).

Cons: The apartment doesn’t have heating, so if it’s rainy or cool for a longer period, it might get a bit chilly inside. However, it was absolutely fine for us!

Pros: Location is great with a bus stop right outside and within walking distance of this amazing daily buffet around the corner, with local fruit and grocery shops minutes away too. This apartment was at the back of the building so no street traffic noise. Very nice and quiet during the night. The place feels like a real apartment in a modern city. Lots of space for a small family even. Had a great stay.

Cons: Bed was a bit on the lumpy side, but their coaches (2) were very comfy for naps.

Il punto di partenza per Madeira

Pros: Appartamento in posizione strategica: comodissimo per andare a piedi in centro (10 minuti per il lungomare, 5 per l'inizio del centro storico) e a 100m da un parcheggio lowcost H24. Struttura nuovissima, pulita e comoda di tutti i comfort. Materasso e cuscino comodissimi, situato in una zona silenziosa. Cucina attrezzata di tutto il necessario (strumenti e condimenti base) Palazzina in cui è ubicato tranquilla, e con ascensore.

Cons: Unica nota ma by passabile il frigorifero piccolino, ma non è un problema in quanto c'è un supermercato fornito a 200m

Spazioso e pulito

Pros: Grande e spaziosa, due divani e un letto matrimoniale. Ha ferro da stiro e asse. Posizione comoda.

Cons: Difficoltá a trovare l’appartamento e ad aprire la porta (la chiave non funziona benissimo). Non ci sono parcheggi gratuiti vicino all’appartamento (e neanche lontano)

Pros: Duży, czysty i ładnie urządzony apartament. Właściciel zadbał o wszystkie potrzebne akcesoria. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem. Lokalizacja idealna, blisko centrum oraz sklepów.. Możliwość znalezienia parkingu przy pobliskich ulicach lub płatnym garażu po drugiej stronie ulicy.

Cons: Szkoda, że nie ma klimatyzacji ale w każdym pomieszczeniu właściciel zadbał o obecność wiatraków

Pros: A simpatia dos anfitriões é irrepreensível, existiu do inicio ao fim a preocupação com o bem estar do hospede, inclusive disponibilidade para ajudar em outras situações. A localização do imóvel é excelente para conhecer a cidade (praticamente no centro da cidade). Muito bom, recomendo vivamente.
