Pros: The views are stunning and the flat is beautifully decorated.

Cons: There is absolutely no privacy for someone waiting to use the toilets as they are separated by glass facing the bed. The pool is miles away underneath the underground car park, through a corridor and two elevators, although the pictures give the impression it’s near, that is the neighbors pool. There is no beach really nearby. So it’s actually far from a nice swimming bit. We fortunately had an event at the Reids hotel and could use their facilities.

Exquisite apartment with a million dollar view in a great location.

Pros: This apartment is gorgeous. The view is magnificent. The kitchen is great for cooking and the living room and terrace are comfortable and handsome spaces. The bedrooms are a good size with lots of closet space. It’s in a great location for going to the beach and walking to restaurants. There are bus stops in front of the building and a great parking garage. It was quiet and extremely comfortable.

Cons: Given the price and luxury characteristics of this apartment, the kitchen should be better stocked with cooking implements, salad spinner, baking dishes. One reason to rent an apartment with a kitchen like this for a week or longer is to cook. There were no instructions on the use of appliances but we found manuals on the internet. There should have been an operable drying rack in the laundry room, an iron and ironing board. There is a glass wall between the bathroom and the rest of the bedroom so there is no privacy. A blind should be installed to provide privacy. Staff attention wasn’t always as prompt as it should have been.
