Pros: Very spacious, clean and well laid out. Bedrooms were completely separate from the living area so there was no noise. It was in a great position, quiet with easy access to the central areas and not too steep. Met Josè who was very helpful and kind- thanks Josè.

Very comfortable stay and perfect location

Pros: Good location - 15 minutes walk to the center, calm district, garden view (and ocean within the buildings ;-). Very comfortable apartment for two couples - with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and big terrace. All equipment you need: coffee maker, hairdryer, clothes dryer, ironing equipment, washing machine etc. Good contact with the host (who came to change the bulb in the bathroom - thank You). Actually apartments look even better than on the photos and the price was very attractive. And last but not least - private parking place - very important in Funchal!

Cons: Nothing to complain. Maybe except of some ants in the kitchen - but we stored the bread and cookies in the living room and it was ok ;-)

Week in Madeira

Pros: The location was fantastic (just be mindful of the green steps to the left of the property as you face it - a much more convenient alternative to the steep hill down to Rua do Infante!). Very close to several hotels for excursion pickups, Reid's Palace, the harbour, the cable cars, shops and restaurants. The facilities provided were good and it was very comfortable. The balcony doesn't have the best view but you can look out over nearby hotels and the garden and still catch some sun. The rooms were large and airy with comfortable beds and the sofa was so nice it was almost a shame there wasn't more time to relax on it! The kitchen had everything we needed to make basic breakfasts and picnic lunches- It had more facilities but that's all we needed it for. .

Cons: Only qualms are the showers ran hot and cold and took a while to maintain a steady temperature. A few times we were woken up by noisy families in the complex and I found a few hairs on the bathroom wall that didn't belong to me. Other than that we had an excellent stay and I would definitely consider using this property again

Pros: Spacious apartment with all amenities in good location.

Everything was superb and we are satisfied.

Pros: 15 minute walk to the centre big rooms, big terrace, kitchen well equipped, everything clean

Cons: without sea view

Great stay just out of the centre of Funchal

Pros: No breakfast, great location. Massive flat easy big enough for 4 adults.

Cons: Nothing. All good.
