Pros: the view and pool are super :) was only person using it 🏊‍♂️

Cons: constrution site near the building is quite loud, but you cant do nothing about it. the progress of it shows that there is a lot to do to finush the flats

Pros: The apartment was awesome. Really really nice. The view was really good. It as a nice balcony were you can eat at any time because of the weather being so good. The rooms were also very nice. But the best of all was the host. Super friendly and he really goes the extra mile to keep the guests well treated and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing to add here to be honest.

Our stay was delightful and our host was excellent.

Pros: The flat was lovely and met all our expectations. Through no fault of the owners, there was construction work going on next door to the apartment block and we were woken each morning to constant drilling which continued to 7pm in the evening. The location was on a steep hill which made coming home at night difficult.

Cons: On one occasion all the electricity in the block went down and we couldn’t contact anyone to explain what was happening. We were facing the evening in darkness and no one answered our calls. Fortunately the power returned just as it was going dark.

Beautiful location, beautiful interior and beautiful pool to match a beautiful island.

Pros: The property was beautiful inside, very spacious, great facilities (including washing machine) and a very generous balcony too. The pool up top was great too, great views from there. Stefan was very accomodating in helping us from the airport and back to the airport which was great. We arrived before the apartment was ready so he let us drop our stuff and then drove us to town to explore while we waited. The beach was a very short drive away and was lovely, definitely worth visiting.. by car! The bus was very easy to navigate, only 2EUR for an adult to get to town and the bus is very regular and even goes until 23:00hrs! If you dont have a car you should definitely visit a supermarket on your first day to get supplies, the apartment has amazing facilities to cook too - plus a huge fridge and freezer. We also had our baby with us and they provided a stroller, high chair & cot free of charge!

Cons: The location isn't amazing, but its not terrible. The property owners offer car hire too, which we didn't take. But the Bus comes from right outside the door of the apartment, walking is possible to a local shop, bakery and restuarants but it includes massive hills (which is consistent of most of Funchal). But even a taxi to the city centre was only about 8-10EUR so not too bad anyway! If you have the money and feel confident driving on hills then definitely hire the car!

Pros: Välutrustat och välplanerat boende. Rent i lägenheten. Fin havsutsikt. Trevlig och omsorgsfull värd.

Pros: Asunto oli tilava ja siisti. Keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Uima-allas katolla omassa käytössä. Parvekkeelta hienot näkymät. Pysäköinti talon kellarissa. Kaiken kaikkiaan toimiva ja hieno asunto

Cons: Asunnon äänieristys on melko huono ja viereisen tien äänet sekä koirien haukunta kuuluu selkesti makuuhuoneisiin.

Pros: Apartamenti bija labi aprīkoti ar visu nepieciešamo-virtuves piederumi, garšvielas, trauki, vēlas mašīna, žāvētājs, utt., jaunas mēbeles. Plata un ērta gulta. Brīnišķīgi saulrieti uz balkona. Laba atrašanās vieta, kluss un mierīgs. Stefans bija ļoti atsaucīgs - izstāstīja par apskates vietām, tuvākajiem veikaliem, restorāniem. Manam dēlam bija dzimšanas diena, Stefans atsaucās manam lūgumam, un sagādāja pārsteigumu.

Cons: Būtu bijis jauki, ja būtu kafija pirmajai dienai.

Pros: Naktsmītne bija tīra, labi aprīkota ar visu nepieciešamo! Saimnieks laipns un izpalīdzīgs. No terases pavērās burvīgs skats uz okeānu,. Auto varēja novietot slēgtā pazemes autostāvieta. 👍

Cons: Nedaudz patālu uz pilsētu ar kājām. Citādi viss ok 👍
