Pros: Facilities were beyond what we expected, and the view was excellent. Could stand out on that balcony forever! Close to several restaurants and supermarkets and only a short stroll to the beach and pool.
Cons: Very noisy outside throughout the night. No choice but to leave the windows open to let some fresh air in due to lack of cooling

Great apartment for a busy Madeira holiday
Pros: Large, modern, comfortable, very clean apartment, which is well equipped. Fast full fibre broadband. Underground secure parking. Convenient for roads in/out of Funchal. On a bus route. Close to some good restaurants and supermarkets, but up a short hill from the busy area of Sao Martinho, so it is residential with no tourists passing by. There was a nice welcome package of fruit, biscuits and Madeira. Thanks Bruno.
Cons: The road running behind the apartment is very busy, and during the day there is a lot of traffic noise. After a couple of days we got used to it!! However the barking dogs across the road were a nuisance - again only during the working day when the owners seemed to be out, and anyway we were ourselves out most of the time. But this is a city property, and in UK we live in the countryside, so perhaps we just see things differently. The balcony faces east and only gets the sun until 1100, so not a flat for doing any dedicated sunbathing!!

Pros: Impressive apartment.Clean rooms,bathroom and kitchen.In the kitchen you can find all necessary equipment. Owner was very nice and in touch with us via whatssup. Apartment good for a couple,2 couples or even a family.We are planing to go back here!

Very nice appartment if you stay with friends or family!
Pros: Bruno, our host was realy friendly. The appartment was very nice, we got a fruit basket, coffee, tee and water. Bus station is close by the house.
Cons: It could be a bit loud from the road. But everything else was perfect ;-)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, wenn die Matratze und Decken etwas komfortabler wären.
Pros: Super Lage, moderne Wohnung und Küche hatte eine top Ausstattung. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich Und die Nutzung der Tiefgarage sehr komfortabel.
Cons: Das Doppelbett war leider für uns nicht benutzbar, die Matratze war sehr durch gelegen, so dass man zu zweit immer in die Mitte rutschte. Der Vermieter konnte daran kurzfristig leider nichts ändern, daher mussten wir in den zwei Einzelbetten schlafen. Es gab jedoch nur dicke Decken für ein großes Bett die waren also jeweils viel zu groß für ein Einzelbett. Außerdem wäre es schön, wenn es einfach normale Bettbezüge gäbe und nicht verschiedene Lagen mit einem Tuch, der Bettdecke, und einer Tagesdecke darüber. Die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite sind eine Katastrophe, sie bellen ununterbrochen und man hört sie sogar durch verschlossene Fenster sehr laut. Dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts, aber man sollte sich wirklich mal bei den Nachbarn beschweren.

Ідеальна локація з виглядом на океан
Pros: У квартирі зроблений добрий ремонт, переважно нові меблі та пристрої. Чудово прибрано. Усе необхідне було наявне, на кухні багато різного приладдя. Локація дуже зручна: трохи подалі від найбільш туристичних вулиць, але близько до берегової лінії та інфраструктури включно з історичним центром і ТРЦ в іншій стороні. І загалом добрий район. Вигляд з вікон прекрасний - на місто і на океан. Наявний зручний паркінг у гаражі (так, заїжджати треба обережно, але це типово для Мадейри)
Cons: Обидві ванні кімнаті потребують уваги та невеликого ремонту. В одній ванній стік у душі майже не працював - це було частково відремонтовано (протягом кількох днів ми не могли користуватися душем). Але навіть після ремонту відведення води не працювало 100% нормально. У квартирі є ще одна ванна із душем, яким ми все ж могли користуватися протягом усього часу, але і там була проблема - одна з дверцят у душі була відсутня, що додавало роботи з прибирання після кожного походу у душ.

Pros: Die Wohnung war schön, die Küche gut ausgestattet und zum Kochen gut geeignet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon im 5. Stock war für das Silvesterfeuerwerk sehr gut.
Cons: Der steile lange Weg nach oben war für einen Einkauf zu Fuß ziemlich anstrengend. Das Gebell der Hunde in der Nachbarschaft Tag und Nacht war störend. Der Verkehr auf der vorbeiführenden Hauptstraße ist sehr stark und laut.
