Great location, good size, and comfortable.

Pros: Great location. Private parking space was a great bonus for us! The apartment is a very good size. Comfortable bed and living room sofa. Well equipped kitchen

Cons: Some maintenance of the apartment is highly recommended. It seemed like it used to be a very high standard place but got old and lost its potential. However, I would imagine this is reflected on the price we paid, so it's not something i didn't like it's just something to be aware of. In general, it is great value for money!

Great Apartments

Pros: The apartment is clean and tidy. It has all the main equipment and necessary items for a comfortable stay. There is a guaranteed, safe parking space in the underground garage. It has a great location, close to the ocean, a large grocery store, and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The Funchal city center is also just a short drive away (about 7 minutes by car, 35 minutes on foot).

Cons: Minor issues: ° There could be two separate blankets for the double bed. ° The kitchen is missing one additional good, sharp knife. ° Some window locks are not working, so when leaving the apartment, the external metal shutters need to be closed. This makes the apartment a bit dark. These are just minor issues that do not cause any significant inconvenience.

Great stay, clean appartment & perfect location!

Pros: Great appartment, perfect location, very quiet yet animated neighborhood (restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries...). Good communication with owner, I also was a bit late and the person waited for me, which was super nice! The place is super clean, spacious, the bed and the sofa bed are both very comfortable. The terrace is super enjoyable and we really appreciated the private secure parking spot for our rental car! Will come back!

Cons: Nothing much, it was great! Just a suggestion: you can had few reusable hand/dishes towels in the kitchen (instead of paper towels)

Pros: Prima locatie met op loopafstand bushaltes, supermarkten en restaurants. Begane grond hoekappartement met aan 2 zijden balkon In december kon ik daar vanaf ca 10 uur in de ochtend tot zonsondergang van de zon genieten. Het is ruim en heeft alles wat nodig is voor een aangenaam verblijf zoals wasmachine en vaatwasser. Het bed was voor mij perfect. Je kunt het eiland verkennen door dagtouren te maken met happytours reisbureau, op ca 5 min lopen van het appartement. Mooie tochten en heel veel informatie over geschiedenis en vegetatie Madeira.

Cons: Het niet reageren op hulpvraag instellen van de televisie: De eerste twee dagen kon ik tv kijken. De derde dag wilde ik kijken wat voor zenders er eigenlijk waren en drukte op de zenderknop. Ik kreeg een raar beeld en heb geprobeerd hem op een zender te krijgen. Daarmee heb ik blijkbaar de tv ontregelt. Op.mijn hulp vraag per app werd niet adequaat gereageerd door de host. Anderhalve week zonder tv tijdens vakantie is geen ramp. Maar jammer dat er niet gereageerd werd anders hadden ze van mij een dikke 10 gehad.

Pros: Logement spacieux parking privé voiture en souterrain super pratique l'emplacement de l'appartement à funchal était idéal pour visiter funchl toute l'île avec une voiture.

Cons: Les frais de service un peu élevés

Emplacement plus que pratique et accessible.

Pros: Réactivité de l’agence pour réglé le problème du ballon d’eau chaude qui n’avait pas été allumé. Place de parking très apprécié vu le cartier

Cons: L’agence ne m’a pas fourni les bon codes pour accéder à l’immeuble, Les fenêtres ne ferme pas donc obligé de laisser les volets fermés lors de nos déplacements vu que l’appartement ce situe au Rdc. Des traitements pour les cafards et fourmis devraient être plus récurrents vu qu’au bout de 3 semaines nous en avions de plus en plus.

Pros: Location A large and spacious apartment equipped with everything you need for a few days' stay. The parking of the cars.

Cons: The equipment in the apartment is outdated but everything worked well. The shower is in poor condition. It's hard to take a shower.

Ottimo soggiorno spazioso e confortevole

Pros: Casa grande e spaziosa, ottima pulizia sia dell’alloggio che del condominio, disponibilità di un garage privato al coperto con accesso diretto, balcone spazioso con tavolino e possibilità di mangiare fuori. Cucina dotata di qualsiasi cosa, comprese: macchinetta del caffè, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Apprezzato anche il bidet e la disponibilità di alcuni libri nella libreria in diverse lingue. Host gentili, in particolare modo il figlio.

Cons: Istruzioni poco chiare circa l’indirizzo di casa, check-in e check-out ma comunque risolte via chat.

Funchal, ville très agréable pour visiter cette magnifique Ile de Madère

Pros: Bel appartement au rez de chaussée dans résidence récente et calme pour lequel notre hote s 'est rendu disponible par téléphone à une heure d'arrivée tardive.

Cons: 2 tasses supplémentaires pour le petit déjeuner seraient appréciées.
