Amazing time

Pros: I like the concept and the comfort it provided and lest not forget the amazing location it is very close to everything in minutes of walk in Funchal

Cons: Just some bug problems and bites but it was only 1 that happened we use the spray for bugs provided by the property and never happened again

Will definitely book again & recommended to my Daughter

Pros: Our flight was very delayed & we kept the host Updated of our changing arrival time and although we were over 7hrs later than expected, Fatima was there to meet us . The unexpected extras in the apartment was Bottled water, tea, coffee , condiments & snacks. The apartment was fully equipment with dish washer, washing machine & washing pods. There was even umbrellas.

Cons: Nothing a part from a damp smell in one of the bedrooms. I believe this is due to a vent through a vey thick wall but there was no evidence of damp in any room.

We had a fantastic time in beautiful Madeira & the apartment was perfect for what we were after for a few days!

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed in a great and central location.

Comfortable Stay

Pros: Very comfortable apartment, all is new, very clean, kitchen is separate and great equipped. There are two bathrooms, which is absolutely great, there is no noise from outside. Beds are very comfortable, there is washing machine and dishwasher, you can feel like at home. The host was very kind and helpful, so overall we had a great time.

Cons: At the beginning there was a strange smell as if the apartment's windows were not opened for some longer time, but within time it went out. There is a parking place just in front of the apartment, but only the cars from the apartments can stay there, so it is not bothering at all, however the view from the apartment is on the parking place. There is only very small window in one of the bedroom, so it may become a little warm, but there is a fan provided which helped a lot.

Amazing

Pros: This accommodation is perfect for 2 couples because you have two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, is nearby several points of interest like mercado dos lavadores (Farmer's market), Rua de Santa Maria street where you can find many good restaurants, close to the port. The host is amazing and can help you with infos about the objective of the island. The apartament is fully equipped with all that you need.

Fantastic stay in Funchal

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Fatima's apartment in Funchal. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and hospitality extended to us by Fatima. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home from the start. The location was perfect for exploring Funchal, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, Fatima was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations for places to visit and dine, which added to the overall enjoyment of our trip. Overall, we cannot recommend Fatima's apartment highly enough. The combination of her hospitality, the convenient location, and the comfortable accommodations made for an unforgettable stay in Funchal. We can't wait to return! Thank you, Fatima, for making our trip to Funchal so memorable!

Spotless and modern.

Pros: Decor neutral and clean. Fully equipped with unexpected extras , tea, coffee, salt & pepper, etc. Toiletries decent quality. Beds are really comfortable. TV's great. Easy to relax outside as furniture was excellent. Fatima speaks perfect English and emphasises that she lives close by and could be contacted at any time.

Cons: Unfortunately the accommodation doesn't have air conditioning. There are 2 fans , one in the living room and one in the bedroom. However we would much prefer air con.

Good holiday in Madeira.

Pros: Good base for exploring Funchal and Madeira. Very close to old town and sea front.

Cons: No outlook from property but that really didn't matter to us.

Casa con terraza y parking

Pros: Planta baja de una casa con terraza ,zona de comedor y zona de estar y aparcamiento para el coche en la puerta. Buena situación en Funchal

Cons: Una de las habitaciones era ciega, no tenía ventana ni luz natural.

Pros: A localização próxima do centro do Funchal, a decoração acolhedora, a disponibilidade da anfitriã.

Cons: Pelo facto do apartamento ser térreo, abaixo do nível da estrada, apesar dos cuidados diários da anfitriã, a presença diária de baratas no terraço.
