Pros: Spacious apartment in a perfect location to explore Funchal, very friendly host, comfortable beds and kitchen equipped with everything

Lovely play to stay!

Pros: Very spacious and very quiet in the bedroom for sleeping :) Lovely views out both balconies, front and back. From a safety perspective you are near a main road so as a woman traveling alone I felt safe getting home in the evenings with lots of lighting around the area. Has amenities for basic cooking as well which was great in the evenings if I didn’t want to go into main restaurant area. Host was lovely and met me on arrival. Grocery store nearby and an easy 10 minute walk into town.

Amazing host, apartment and location made my holiday superb

Pros: I loved so much about the property. The host, Duarte was amazing and very accommodating with my check in and check out times. He communicated with me prior to arriving to make sure I got to the apartment well and was on call whenever I had any questions. The property is also in an excellent location for exploring Funchal with superb restaurants only a stones throw away.

Great

Pros: The house is very big, at the third floor with elevator. Kitchen, Living Room, Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2. Each of these four rooms has individual balcony. Plus, corridor and bathroom. Kitchen, Bathroom, Corridor above average size. All other rooms have standard size. We were four and there is enough hot water for four average showers. The house is clean and functional. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is very near the centre of the city, 5 minutes walking, near restaurants, supermarkets, attractions. Fast WiFi. The two rooms have blackout curtains, which allow the room to be very clear or very dark or normal. The owner communicates in a fast and efficient way.

Cons: There is no clear curtain in the two rooms. The exterior of the building looks old.

Pros: Weʼve had a great time! Lovely place. Make yourself at home with the helpful amenities in each room. And the mountain view was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed watching how the city wakes up in the morning. And thanks Duarte for the warm welcome!

Cons: Les équipements très basiques et la propreté pourrait être mieux

Pros: Très bon accueil par notre hôte avec une communication facile d autant plus que nous sommes arrivés tard. Très bon emplacement pour aller à pied au centre et commerces à proximité. Il y avait de l espace et tout ce qu'il faut. Le logement etait très propre et les lits confortables. Merci !

Pros: Duarte was so respectful and the apartament was very clean and comfortable, from the living room the view is very nice and you can have a nice beer on the balcony. 10/10

Apenas coisas boas a apontar sobre a nossa estadia. O Sr. Duarte é muito simpático

Pros: A casa corresponde exatamente às fotografias. Estava limpa, arrumada e as camas são confortáveis. Viajámos em família e tivemos ao nosso dispor tudo para uma estadia cinco estrelas. E a localização da casa é excelente. Sem dúvida uma experiência a repetir. O Sr. Duarte recebeu-nos para o check-in e foi muito simpático connosco, deixando-nos seguro de que se precisássemos de algo, resolveria prontamente. A verdade é que não podia ter corrido melhor :)
