Pros: Loved peaceful and beautiful environment. Closnest to the beach and connection to the rest of the island. As per the apartment, it was a home far away from home. I truly got what I needed. My favorite spot was the balcony, and the 1st coffee with the sunrise was priceless. Carla, the manager, was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She made from her side everything to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Obrigada and see you soon.

Amazing value, great location

Pros: By far the most optimal location to start in Funchal, especially with a kid. Everything in walking distance, the apartment complex also had its own pool. The apartment itself was a good size and quite nicely laid out with an amazing view from the balcony.

Cons: The apartment complex is quite dated. The street it's located by gets some noisy traffic (we're talking a few motorbikes every now and then during the night) -- but given it is located in the middle of a coastal promenade it's understandable.
